Property Occupations Act 2014 in Queensland is "An Act to regulate the occupation of property agents, grant certain powers and immunities to the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Board, and for other purposes. Agents Financial Administration Act 2014 in Queensland is "An Act to regulate the financial administration of property agents, and for other purposes." Purpose Question 2 Outline the purpose of each of the pieces of chosen legislation. The purpose of the Property Occupations Act 2014 in QLD is to regulate the conduct of property agents, including real estate agents, property managers, and auctioneers in relation to the sale, leasing, and management of the property. The act also sets out the requirements for licensing and registration of property agents, as well as the obligations of agents to their clients and customers. Additionally, the act establishes the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Board to oversee and enforce the provisions of the act. The purpose of the Agents Financial Administration Act 2014 in Queensland is to regulate the financial administration of property agents, including real estate agents, property managers, and auctioneers. The act sets out the requirements for handling client trust accounts, including the management of funds and the keeping of records. The act also establishes the role of the appointed agents' auditor and the requirements for auditors to report on the financial affairs of agents. The act aims to provide protection for clients by ensuring that their funds are handled in a responsible and transparent manner.
