The Lesbian, Gay, Bi, and Transgendered (LGBT) youth population is one of the most vulnerable groups in our community. Being gay does not lead to risky behaviors or bad decision making, rather, societal stigma and discrimination can lead LGBT youth to seek emotional outlets. Today’s society has improved immensely towards the LGBT community, although it has not always been this way. Society can affect a person in shocking ways, influencing one’s unhealthy and unsafe physical and mental behaviors. This current vulnerable population deserves a voice and the simplicity of someone listening to them in order for both sides, accepting and non-accepting, to find a common ground and settle the violence.

Previous research suggests that there is not just one factor, but individuals are more likely to be environmentally influenced. The researchers challenge these findings and suggest that genetics has just as much influence on the individual. Using a longitudinal research design the authors investigated both genetic and environmental influences on the association between earlier conduct problems and the initiation and progression of marijuana use during adolescence. Bivariate genetic analyses were conducted to establish whether marijuana initiation and progression represented a single liability of risk or alternatively, whether these behaviors were more accurately represented as independent liabilities. These findings mark an important shift away from documenting cross-sectional associations between conduct problems and substance use, from which it is impossible to determine the direction of effects, toward the use

Mostly elementary schools in the rural areas and the parents engage their children in household activity and field work, because they belongs backward classes and does not understand the importance of education. So they are not interested to send their children in schools.

Dr. Kim Vonnahme has been a very important addition to the Animal Science Department at NDSU for the past eleven years. She has brought her tremendous knowledge of the reproductive tracts in animals to research and hands on projects for the students here at NDSU. Dr. Vonnahme received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science at Iowa State University in 2006. She continued to further her educational background by attending Oklahoma State University to obtain her Master’s Degree in Animal Science in 1998. Afterwards, she attended University of Wyoming to receive her PhD in Reproductive Physiology (Kim Vonnahme, 2014; Research Profile-Kim, 2014).

Different reviews demonstrate that the substantial part of the homeless is living with some type of mental instability or other serious medical issues. Because of the ending of mental institutions, the destitute populace, particularly homeless people with genuine mental illness, has expanded consistently since the 1970s. Psychological problems can essentially influence an individual's capacity to acquire and keep up stable lodging and to profit by social services. Deficiencies in a man's memory, recognition, and judgment, can bring about poor critical thinking and social abilities, and in his/her failure to settle on steady choices. The behaviors take place because of cognitive debilitations and inadvertent, yet they are frequently inadequately comprehended by social service workers and others and are infrequently considered to be difficult to help.

This annotated bibliography focuses on the traditional Southeast Asian healing technique known as coin rubbing. The term coin rubbing goes by different variations of names in each different region using the healing technique and although they have different names, the healing technique works the exactly the same in all regions to mostly treat headaches, flu, colds, and relief pains and symptoms. The most common name can be found in literature are Cao gio, Gua sha, Beating the wind, or Scarping/Scratching the wind. Although, Cao gio has been found on case reports in Western literature, there are no data or studies to prove the physiological effects of the therapeutic therapy.
