P7 ‘Madness in the Method’
It is very important in business that individuals have lucrative methods of communication in order to convey important messages, and use these methods in order to interact with other businesses and the public. Methods of communication can also be commonly used to advertise and market, for example via the use of social networks which advertise to a wide range of individual, to through written posters which can be placed up in shop advertisements and on notice boards alike.
Electronic Methods of communication

People in businesses might also use this method by means of communication with a large group of colleagues, e.g. they could arrange an event via Facebook or Twitter, which is much quicker than merely putting a poster up on a notice board at work to advertise the event.
Digital Publication
Digital publication is defined as any method of publication, which is not web based. This is essentially electronic publication that can be used to convey information to people. Examples of digital publication includes PowerPoint’s (which can be easily set up on a word document such as Microsoft PowerPoint, and are accessible to everyone) SMS or Text Messages, Photo and Video Sharing.
PowerPoint’s are widely used at Schools and Businesses during lectures in order to teach other people. The interactive method of teaching engages people, as it makes the speech accompanied with the PowerPoint more motivating. SMS Text messages in a business environment are quick and easy to use, and allow colleagues to talk to each other in a more informal way. Photo and video sharing is a very beneficial method of communicating messages. Photos and videos can be used to accompany presentations, or can be used in order to illustrate messages on behalf of a company, etc.
Fax
In simple terms ‘faxing’ is the process by which a document is sent to another fax machine
| The customers would be influenced because if the company are financially struggling the customers are there only hope to stay profiting. If the company was to go bust it means customers will no longer be able to shop there. The customers would be an external stakeholder, they can get information by advertisements and even check their annual report on the businesses website.
Take in and implement better technologies immediately as soon as they have availability, regardless of whether or not there are organisations using them beforehand

There are several different types of business ownership which are most commonly used in business’ and company’s today, these include; Co-operative which is a business owned by its employees, Partnership which is a business owned by between 2 and 20 people, Private limited which is a business owner by a small groups of people who have shares and a Public limited business is owned by private individuals by shares bought and sold on the stock market. A charity is a business with the purpose to help the public, the government is a business owned by the government and lastly a sole trader which is a business owned by only one person.
4.8 Barriers to effective communication, different nationalities, religions, cultures and beliefs. Also different age groups, Disability, learning difficulties or memory loss. My client suffers from depression and mood swings which can cause a barrier.
Communication is very important to meet the needs of children, with families and other members of staff on a daily basis to ensure effective team working. It also ensures any health and safety issues are recognised and reported. People communicate with each other for different reasons;
Informational Communication. Some documents are eyeing a goal, but some are simply to inform the audience. For example, an email can be about a change in a policy, a help manual for a particular program or facility, or changes in the organisational structure.
Purpose: The purpose of this speech is to educate and inform my audience of the risks inherent from unintended hypothermia. I’m eager to alert perioperative staff of the potential dangers as well as the preventative measures that can be taken in order to avoid complications associated with unintended hypothermia. My central idea is hypothermia management saves lives.
