Introduction In this paper, I will talk about Starbucks Company. I will define the influence of the vision, and mission of the company and primary stakeholders along with their overall success. An examination will be conducted to categorize five forces of struggle and their effect on the corporation. I will carry out a SWOT analysis to determine the opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses. Founded on the SWOT analysis, a technique of opportunities and advantages will be exploited while threats and weaknesses will be diminished. Several types and levels of techniques will be talked over to operate the profitability and competitiveness. I will outline a plan of communication to make approaches known to all investors. Two corporate authorities will be designated to assess the efficiency of the regulating managers. I will also assess the effectiveness of management within the Company and come up with sanctions for upgrading. In addition, Starbucks sells whole-bean coffees through a specialty sales group and grocery stores. Starbucks has grown beyond coffee into related businesses such as coffee-flavoured ice cream and ready-to-drink coffee beverages. Starbucks financial statements were analyzed for the fiscal year ended September 27, 2015. Like all public companies, annual and quarterly financial statements are required to allow regulators and other interested parties to analyze the financial status and management decision making of the company. This analysis focuses on the results of Starbucks most recent published annual report containing their balance sheets, statement of earnings and cash flows. These statements will be analyzed against the results of one of its competitors, Dunkin Donuts, to investigate how the two companies compare to each other. It was noted that Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts do not have corresponding fiscal year ends. The data therefore is not directly comparable since the reports do not reflect the same time period of data but should provide additional insight. The paper will attempt to provide a brief analysis of Starbucks operations in terms of its liquidity, leverage, activity, profitability and growth ratios used by analysts in the industry.

Most of the stores are in the United States of America. Starbucks Company trades cold drinks and hot drinks, coffee beans, hot and cold sandwiches, salads, sweet pastries, snacks, and many other items like tumblers and mugs. Through other segmented organizations and music bands, the company deals with marketing books films, and musical genres. Most products dealt with the company are seasonal. It was found in 1971 as a local coffee bean retailer and roaster. Since then, the company has developed into a global entity in the market. This study seeks to evaluate the possibility of Starbucks' Chairperson Howard Schultz of tripling the company's annual sales ($23B) in five years. This will be achieved through a SWOT analysis on the company and the identification of possible strategies he will implement for its realization.

In businesses we choose to buy a product based on the convenience of the place and the quality of it.
Successful companies are companies that have a plan for where they are going, and where they want to be in the future. To successfully create this plan, companies need to examine themselves, along with their competitors, to see what areas need to be strengthened and what can be utilized to do so. Some of the main components of this analyzation are identifying what the major issues in the companies that are threats or are causing that weakness. They then need to create long term objectives, and quantify how to accomplish them-- whether they be financial or strategic. Starbucks as a company has three key issues: increased competition from new and/or expanding restaurants and coffee shops, they are less popular overseas, and there are many consumers who boycott Starbucks because it is such a mainstream prevalent brand.
This paper will examine Starbucks, Inc. CSR and sustainability practices from the viewpoint of a potential socially responsible investor performing due diligence. Two indices will be used to compare and contrast the company 's CSR report which measure the CSR practices of corporations; also, the usefulness of these two indices for research purposes will be evaluated, critiquing the credibility and limitations of each index. A report will be formed addressing Starbuck’s CSR performance and strategies based on the analysis.

That makes people are willing to spend money in this brand name than the others like Dunkin’s Donut or Mc Donald even though they are also have some similar products. The products that Starbucks sell in their store is not only the coffee but also the value of brand name and the feeling of respect when people come there. Starbucks can become a place for students who want to go for group work, it is also become a place for people who can come for do business and discussion or the basic idea is a place to enjoy a cup of coffee. In any purpose, Starbucks can perfectly become a good place for that. The atmosphere which Howard tried to create for Starbucks is suitable for many kinds of people.
