Sequence of operations.
(A) All operatives arriving to site to sign register of attendance.
(B) All new operatives not familiar with the site must receive a site induction provided by the principle contractor to read and familiarise themselves with the risk assessments and method statements applicable to the demolition works and sign induction accepting understanding.
(C) Before work commences, check that all warning notices and barriers are in place in line with the site set up plan and the site perimeter hoarding method statements.
(D) Before commencing all relevant permits must be obtained from the principle contractors site Manager.
(E) Read asbestos method statement in conjunction with this method statement.
(F) The team leader and operatives need to carry out a dynamic risk assessment of the area of work to check if any new hazards have developed since the original risk assessment was carried out and risks identified need to be reported and dealt with before proceeding.
(G) Carryout soft strip out and all architectural and historic features (loose brickwork to the front façade, see façade retention method statement) are to be removed carefully and stored off site in safe location reuse at a later date, any recyclable materials to be retained for recycling and all non-salvageable materials to be disposed of in accordance the site waste management plan and Soft Strip Method Statement

The site location has some existing structures on it which did not make the entire process easy because on their controversial nature in relation to the nature of the project.
