Most people have had just about an earful of crossfit but they better brace themselves because this sport is destined to become even more controversial as it continues its snowball effect world-wide. People are probably asking themselves, ‘So what’s with all the commotion?
Isn’t it just another crazy fad the fitness industry has schemed up to make the public throw their money at a ‘get fit fast’ ploy? and they couldn’t be more wrong.
