BACKGROUND: CelluComm and GMCT and the Industry AT&T’s Bell Laboratories cellular telephone networking innovation had enabled several cellular network operators to get licenses from the FCC to operate in separate license territories right about the same time AT&T was broken up in early 1980s. At the beginning he was told to report to Jenkins, however, once he got to the site he was assigned to Jeff Hardy. After the company reorganization, he found himself wondering whether he should report to Knight or Hardy. However, despite the confusion, he never brought up this question to Hardy, Jenkins or Knight. He perhaps then fell into the trap of a “bosssubordinate relationship” and went with the structure he felt was assigned without truly understanding its reasoning. ii. He didn’t take enough time to understand HQ’s perspective on various issues a. Replacing the chief engineer, rejecting frequency reuse patterns, or failing to get sign off on agreements for GMCT cell sites indicate failures in managing upward management relationships. Problem #2: Employee Dynamics Strengths 1. Peterson was committed to building an empowering environment for employees. i. Peterson called weekly construction meetings, which invited all to report on the company’s weekly progress and issues. Shortcomings 2. He failed to consider alterations in team dynamics when making hiring and salary decisions. i. He hired Trevor at a higher salary rate to the resentment of other employees, causing significant damage to the trust and respect between employee and manager.

Drew Peterson is well-known around the Chicagoland area. His trial was well publicized across the country, but the people in and around Chicago are particularly vested in his fate. Peterson was a Bolingbrook police officer who was married four times. His third wife died under suspicious circumstances and his fourth, much younger wife simply vanished.
Evidence is the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid. Motive is the reason for doing something, especially one that is hidden or not obvious. So in theory, evidence would have been items found at the crime scene or even items not found at the crime scene, but nonetheless items found that could potentially help get a criminal convicted. Motive would be more like the reason why Scott would have killed his wife Laci, and unborn son, Connor. Evidence and motive both relate to crime scene investigations but both are entirely different in meaning when learning about the crime scene and people involved.
Scott Peterson was arrested for the murder of his wish Laci and his unborn baby boy Conner on April 18,2003. Laci’s body was find in the San Francisco Bay a couple months after she went missing. I like to say that the juror's opinion was not affected by the state of the body, but it is different for each person. Rational it does not make sense that someone did it just because of the condition of the body, but someone could also approach the situation emotionally. Therefore, I cannot say that all the jurors opinions were not affected by the body in some way. I deffinitely think that the way that we view crimes has changed. Some people tend to get motive and evidence confused, or think they’re the same thing. Motive and evidence are two different things that can go hand to hand. Motive is described as a reason for doing something, and evidence is what people leave behind while doing something. I was called by the defense to determine the causative factor of a car accident involving two equally distracted high school students. I knew my facts cold. My direct examination was picture perfect. I answered every question fully and in plain language. But then came the cross examination. My answers were serving the defense well. A few companies AT&T is competing against would be Sprint, T-mobile, and Verizon. Each of these companies reach their customers in roughfully the same way. However, each cell provider has to do something that sits them apart from others. Verizon had the “Can You Hear Me Now” guy. This commerical was widly known whereas Sprint was known for taking any trade in. Now, Sprint is known for actual taking the “Can You Hear Me Now” guy from Verizon to show that their service is better. AT&T is known for having lower costs while providing quailty services and products. Jim should have realized the need to balance sales, production, and quality rather than putting most of his effort into quality improvement. Banter, the GM, should have had more involvement and noticed the issues prior to them getting out of control, especially after the morale survey. He should have taken the results into consideration and examined the issues. Instead of everyone being individually focused, they should have looked at the big picture and the long-term goals. An Oligopolistic business is one with few competitors, basing its revenue off of “outsmarting” its opponents by analyzing their decisions and predicting the outcome. Having an analysis of an opponent provides the basis for Oligopoly, as income is based on providing a product that has more features than another product, released to the public around the same time. This report reviews the possible outcomes and implications of work conflict which is a product of miscommunication and mismanagement. The following case study discusses the particular problem of Carl Robins, a campus recruiter for ABC, Inc. Robins is faced with organizing across multiple departments and coordinating the schedules 15 new hires. Of particular note, is that this case study proposes that solutions include changes in both the conduct of the employee Robins and his supervisor Monica Carrolls. Robins failed to carry out his specific job duties and should be reprimanded. However, Robins also could have used the assistance of a more involved supervisor who set up deadlines which needed to be met along the way.
