Introduction In the following essay, I will write about Adidas Company and will describe the relationship among its various quality costs which are failure costs, internal failure costs, external failure costs, appraisal costs and prevention costs. In addition, I will analyze the efforts the company should focus on to further improve the quality of its products/services. This includes design review, reliability engineering, risk assessment, Design of Experiments and other quality-related activities associated with the launching of new design.
Process planning:
Process capability studies, inspection planning, and other activities associated with the manufacturing and service processes.
Process control:
In-process inspection and test to determine the status of the process (rather than for product acceptance). .
Training:
Preparing and conducting quality-related training programs. Conducting training on company procedures, specification and inspection activities. The employees of Adidas company should be well trained and updated to the change of services.

Another way for Adidas Company to improve the quality of its products and services is to apply Six Sigma strategy which is a business strategy originally developed by Motorola.
