My top career choice is a neurologist. I have chosen this career because not only is it financially rewarding, I can help people live a better life like I always dreamed of doing as a kid. I want to be the person to be recognized for saving lives. I know that this job would be a lot of hard work, but I think all my time would be worth it saving lives. The brain has always fascinated me since I was little, I was always eager to learn more, and discover more things. I realize that this would be a challenge, but it is a challenge I am up for!

A neurologist is a doctor that specializes in the nervous system. They study the brain and the nerves and the disorders and how they react to each other. Everything we do involves the brain. I have been ambitious since a kid to learn more about how our bodies work and why humans do certain things. They also help with problems that involve the brain like stroke, seizures, and Alzheimer's. There are many skills needed for this job, for example communication skills, problem-solving, leadership skills, these are just some of the many skills needed.

The neurologist must diagnostic a patient and examine their neurological disorders.They will have to give the patient a series of test to confirm that they have neurological disorders. Then the next step is treatment, which is actually the role of a neurosurgeon. A neurologist will make sure the patient is doing well and will inform doctors and nurses about what needs to be done. Some neurologist will actually research about nervous and brain issues and come up with new brain treatments.
