Human resource management is involved in the act of putting together employees in an organized manner to assure the objectives of the organization are achieved in a competent and experienced manner. Human resources are the most important services of any organization since they are the catalysts of non-human resources and the medium for developing competitive advantages and sounds of creativity. No organization can exist without a human resources department (Walsh, 2009). A company without an HR department would be reducing its operations and could collapse within a short amount of time.

As a human resource manager, the understanding of the Equal Employment Opportunity laws are initially overwhelming, due to the amount of information dedicated to the subject. However, it is vitally important to comprehend and apply these laws to any organization, in order to avoid claims or litigation. Companies need to educate management to “take reasonable care to prevent and promptly correct discrimination and establish anti-discrimination policies” (SHRM, 2014). The EEOC is not out to get employers, but was “established to administer and enforce the Civil Rights Act at work” (Dessler, 2015, p. 28). Successful compliance with EEOC law ultimately depends on an authentic and dedicated belief in the capabilities and value of each individual and cultivates a diverse and sincerely non-discriminating workplace. Given today's employment environment we need to take a new and fresh looks at our Human Resource department's policies, procedures and plans so that we can maintain and enhance our human capital. Human resources need to do more than just basic administrative functions so we would like to go beyond that scope and take on a strategic role in our company. We propose to do this by viewing our Human Resource department as a customer service center where our employees are our customers. In my current organisation structure, I put right person for right position. Firstly, I arranges HRM for improve the skills of the trainee and give some extra training for handling the 2 positions as well because I remove some positions from my new structure like as marketing manager of India and remove teacher as well.
