Another strength that I have is that I know how to operate a computer and I know how to use a computer effectively, at GCSE I got a B in my exam in Information and Technology, therefore giving me an advantage compared to someone who do not know how to use the computer. I also believe that I am confident, and that I have courage and the ability to speak to new people and adapt myself to a new environment without feeling uncomfortable. Have you ever thought about your personal strengths? A few of my personal strengths are that I am a good lacrosse player, am a good leader, and a good thinker. I always find loopholes and additionally, different connections to things, this is my strength in thinking. These are a few of my personal strengths.
Strengths that I have are that I am hardworking and I will focus my time and effort on a task to make sure I succeed. When it comes to work or school I enjoy and am good at organizing and cleaning. This makes it so I can work efficiently and also be responsible in keeping track of things like money. On the other hand, I am an extremely indecisive person and this leads to me staying in the middle of most arguments or debates. This also means I can take forever to make a decision. Additionally, I can get distracted easily when I am doing something I do not exactly care about or am not interested in.

According to the survey, my five strengths are; command, significance, self-assurance, belief, and focus. I fell this was a fairly accurate interpretation of my abilities. I do plan to take it again during the future, due to being interrupted while taking the survey. I use my command strength daily, I have to direct co-works to specific duties everyday. I am also delegated the responsibility to make major decisions when senior leadership is away(Gallup, 2010). I would agree, that this trait is the most accurate. My significance strength, has became more visible over the last few years. Being a leader, I have used this to help my subordinates achieve their greatest potential(Gallup, 2010). I truly enjoy this ability, because no one should be satisfied with mediocre.
In my personal development plan I am working on two areas that are not super weak but could benefit from improvement. It takes 31 days of doing a task before it becomes a habit and around10,000 hours of doing it for something to become fully understood and natural. In order to accomplish the better meant of my two areas, motivating others and coaching and developing others, I have come up with a plan of SMART Goals to accomplish this over the next year.

Trying to decide what your personal strengths are, is hard. For myself, I have grown in my strengths, and I’ve experienced my weaknesses. My personal strengths consist of: positivity, encouragement, laughter, and love. I pick these four because I feel that I am truly strongest in these aspects of my life. Being positive is a big factor in everything I do. I always want to be happy and joyful; not only to display Christ in me, but to make others feel the way I do. I want others to appreciate life and to feel any kind of uplift in his or her spirt. Positivity plays into encouragement. I make it my goal to make others feel better about themselves. My goal coming into college was to learn and know every person(s) name that I got the chance to meet. Just taking a few minutes out of your day to truly get to know someone, is such a blessing. It not only blesses me in new friendships, but it also blesses others because they feel that someone genuinely cares about them. Laughter is another characteristic I strive to pour out onto others. I laugh at practically everything. I love to laugh, and I love to make people laugh. I’ve learned the importance of laughter, and I just want to make one person smile every day. Love is my last of the four attributes. Love is so important to me. I love creation (Trees, birds, squirrels), God, and I love people. I just want the love that God has given me, to pour out onto others. I want others to know that I love them. These are my personal strengths
Before entering college, I have never done any survey that could point out my strengths. However, currently I know what my five strengths are and I am trying to focus on it to make it more powerful and useful. Five of my strengths are restorative, includer, consistency, responsibility and positivity. I do not know it is exactly right for me and it also depends on the situation. At the moment, I found out that four of the strengths are true to me, however, positivity, it does have it in my blood but if I am on a deadline for assignment and I have not finished it, I would not be positivity.
