John Adams Role Model

John Hancock was born on January 12, 1737 in Braintree, Massachusetts. He was orphaned as a child and then was adopted by a wealthy merchant uncle who was childless. Hancock went to Harvard College for a business education. He graduated Harvard College at the age of 17. He apprenticed to his uncle as a clerk and proved to be honest and capable that in 1760, he was sent on a business mission to England. In England, he witnessed the coronation of King George III and engaged some of the leading businessmen of London.

John Adams went to Harvard college in 1751-1755. He had two brothers named Elihu Adams and Peter Adams. Can't forget about his parents Susanna Boylston and John Adams Sr. He was a young lawyer and he knew he wouldn't get nowhere without a good reputation.

After John adams graduated from Harvard college he studied law. Eventually he became an member of the Massachusetts Bar. and later on in his career he became an member of the continental congress (HistoryNet). He became a lawyer and decided to continue use his intelligence and climb higher and higher all the way up to the continental

The second president of the United States of America John Adams was born in the Massachusetts Bay Colony in 1735. He became a Harvard Lawyer who latter throughout his lifetime, he became an individual who became identified with the patriot cause which was led by George Washington who became the first president. Washington led a group of Patriots or Rebels to try and break free from the injustices that Great Britain placed upon the newly founded colonies. John Adams supported the ideals that the rebels thought of and became one of America's Founding Fathers. John Adams became a delegate in the first and second continental congress Adams strives towards the movement for independence against Britain. Adams became a critical player in the fight

John Jay was born December 12, 1745 in New York City. He showed a lot of promise at a very early age. School was an area where he had private tutors and ended up at King’s College which has come to be known as Columbia University. In 1774 John Jay married Sarah Livingston, the daughter of the New Jersey Governor. This marriage gave him a connection to a politically powerful family.

He graduated in 1740. After Samuel Adams graduated from college he decided to become many different things before he decided to use his degree and to go into politics. He went into politics and he became part of the Sons of Liberty and helped organize things such as the Boston Tea Party. I think it is good that Samuel got to graduate from Harvard because that is a good school and it probably helped him with politics that he ended up making a living

Before earning his law degree, Adams found himself as a schoolmaster in Worcester, Massachusetts. Deacon Adams wanted his son to follow in his footsteps towards a ministerial career, but the years at Harvard raised doubts for Adams. The learning of the Enlightenment “led him to question several of the central dogmas of the reigning Congregational churches in Massachusetts.” With self-doubt about the life he was leading and not wanting to become a minster, Adams settled on a new career to clerk and study law under a young attorney named James Putnam. Adams would become a lawyer and be admitted to the Bar of Massachusetts in 1761.

The book “John Adams” by David McCullough, is about the biography of John Adams during his presidency and amongst other things. In one of the chapters John and the second continental congress pass the olive petition. The olive petition (also known as the olive branch petition) was the congress’s last attempt to make peace with the 13 colonies and not go to war.

Samuel Adams was born in Boston, Massachusetts in September of 1722. In 1740, Adams graduated from Harvard College, but life was not looking up from there. As a matter of fact, Adams failed as a brewer and a newspaper publisher, until he eventually was pulled into politics. Adams rose to the top until during the Massachusetts assembly during the opposition to the Stamp Act in 1765.

Susanna Boylston Adams was his mother who came from a very prominent family. He was a political philosopher who was the second president of the united states from 1797-1801. He also served as the vice president under President George Washington. John primarily lived in Massachusetts but he also lived in England for 10 years because after the Revolutionary war, he decided to stay in England. He also lived in Paris and Philadelphia. John moved around a little but mostly stayed in Massachusetts.

Samuel Adams, (born September 27, 1722,boston , Massachusetts died October 2, 1803, Boston) politician of the American revolution leader of the Boston's “sons of liberty”. He was later lieutenant governor (1789–93) and governor (1794–97) of Massachusetts.

One day in Quincy, Massachusetts, U.S.A a young man was born on October 30, 1735 and his name was John Adams. Adams was the Second president of the U.S.A. He was a wealthy married man and had six children. He was a Lawyer, Diplomat, Statesman ...etc but was never boring. Adams went to one of the greatest schools in history, Harvard. Adams was Successful and Compulsive.

President Adams did not go to school as a child. He was tutored by his cousin James Thax and his father's law clerk, Nathan Rice. When his father went overseas to be an American envoy to France and later to the Netherlands he gained an education at Leiden University, and later graduated from Harvard University in 1787 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He was a strong believer in obtaining as much knowledge as possible. He himself said, "To furnish the means of acquiring knowledge is ... the greatest benefit that can be conferred upon mankind. It prolongs life itself and enlarges the sphere of existence.'

John was a very privileged child. He went to wealthy private schools his whole life. His parents were very well-known Boston politicians.
