Addiction is fact of being to do thing or activity every time. These days many people addicts smoke and this is a big problem for people. Smoke is not health and must people do not smoke to keep them healthy. In this essay, I will discussion about why smoke makes people addictive and why some people able to quit and other people not. There are many reasons that make people addict smoke. For example, they may smoke for a long time, so that makes it habits and they smoke every time. Smoke has Nicotine, so when they smoke for a long time, they must smoke because they feel tired and they need Nicotine. After they smoke, they feel relaxed and get more energy with hard time. Moreover, some people see other friends smoke and they smoke with them.
Once people start smoking they can become addicted because of the nicotine in the cigarettes causing you to smoke more, than in the long term it causing cancer. Nicotine has a big effect in the brain and body causing disliked changes in behaviour making you depressed or drowsy. It will also create a physical dependency that will cause unpleasant symptoms.
Tobacco addiction is the strong craving for the addictive substance nicotine. It has caused health problems in millions of people across the country, and its effects are one of the leading causes of death in the United States. I have had many family members develop serious health concerns due to their tobacco addiction and know personally what a horrible thing it is. All of my grandparents have smoked in the past and two of them have serious problems that came from the effects of their tobacco addiction. Once a person with a history of addiction in the family is born, they may have the addiction gene. A person with this gene is more at risk than others to become an addict. A person who smoke, or drink, for the first time will experience ‘high’ that will never be experienced again.
