Although I did not look at the scanner script, I think something changed in it. The map looks different. I think this is because the observation number in the scanned_scores_2016-02-02.CSV is much bigger than the previous month. Attached is the Count score map for December. I think the monthly observation number from the scanner is less than 1,000.
