Abstract
Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) is a vital part of the success of a company. The employee’s thoughts and actions even considering culture are thoroughly analyzed. This idea allows managers to improve not only individual behavior but also group dynamic performances/interactions and workers safety. This theory is considered as a science of the behavior of each employee. The history of OBM started in the 1900’s, with the strong influence of Skinner and Watson. Scientific Behavior began in the workplace, following the applications of behavioral principles to instructional design. Frederick Taylor, another innovative manager was a huge supporter of the scientific method being presented and utilized. Three main areas of OBM application include: Performance Management, Behavioral Systems Analysis, and Behavior-Based Safety. Inside of each area, there are key points to consider. Some would be leadership, decision making, team building, motivation, and job satisfaction. In short, OBM is the study that reviews how organizational structures are an aftermath within companies.

The study of Organizational Behavior (OB) is related to individuals, group of people working together in teams. The study becomes more challenging when situational factors interact. No two individuals are likely to behave in the same manner in a particular work situation. It is the predictability of a manager about the expected behavior of an individual. There are no absolutes in human behavior. It is the human factor that is contributory to the productivity hence the study of human behavior is important. Great importance therefore must be attached to the study.
Organizational behavior studies have become more significant in today’s present years than hey were before in past years, this is due to companies realizing that in order to acclimatize to the constantly changing business cultures that have stemmed from a competitive and rapidly moving market, they must put more emphasis on the correlation between human behavior and the organization. Leadership and organizational behavior are structured elements of life that give meaning to factors such as motivation and effort. Leadership is not easily understood and as such it is taken to mean different things by different people. However, leadership and effective organizational behavior all lead to achieving the same results and ensuring that employee effort does not go unrecognized.
When a long standing CEO resigns after a successful run with the company, he or she leaves the business in the hunt for a new chief executive officer, and theoretically I am in the race amongst candidates in an internal promotion campaign. Organizational Behavior in many respects is the study of human behavior in organizational settings. It encompasses the study a person, a team and an entire organization to create an analysis of the organizational patterns of behavior and culture within the company.
Science of Organizational Behavior is applied in Nature. Throughout the history it has been developed with the above contributory studies and also the theories, so that with the effect of the same behavior of a person could be judged accordingly.

Motivation is the way to let a person to be moved to do something (Ryan & Deci, 2000, p54). Nowadays, most companies all around the world start to reduce their budget for motivating their staff (Quarterly, 2009, p2). However, some other companies try to use other ways to motivate their staff in order to develop their talent and make profits (Quarterly, 2009, p2). It is interesting that why different companies and organizations try to use two totally opposite way to manage their financial problems. In one opinion, there could be two reasons. Over the last two hundred years, management has changed and along with it have the motivators within the workplace. It is vital that managers are able to motivate employees to perform at maximum productivity and due to the importance of motivation, several theories have been developed to ensure this. While some theories have been around longer than others, the information found within them can still help managers motivate staff today with some being more effective than others.

Organizational behavior is the behavior of individuals, either one or a group. It is not the behavior of an organization, but rather the behavior of the people in an organization. This can be anywhere from a family at home to a church to a work group within a company. Some of the challenges that make behaviors challenging in today’s workplace are high performance, ethical behavior, productivity improvement, technology utilization, quality, diversity, work-life balance, and the global economy, (Schermerhorn, 2003, P. 1).
