Penn Station is a chain of fast casual restaurants that serve east coast style subs. Its philosophy is to bring quality and freshness to the sub restaurant market. This has served it well as its fresh-cut french fries and freshly squeezed lemonade have become its trademarks. The hot grilled subs made from freshly baked bread are also quite popular.
It has over 290 branches across 15 Southern and Midwestern states. It is a private corporation that is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio; where its first ever branch was opened in 1985 by Jeff Osterfeld. It is said that the idea for an East Coast sub restaurant came to Jeff when he visited Philadelphia and saw the popularity of the cheesesteak sandwich.

The idea was a success as the sandwich was loved by his customers. Jeff felt that people wanted casual dining quality food but did not want to wait for it as much. So in 1985, he took his fast dining concept to downtown Cincinnati and opened the first ever Penn Station Restaurant.
Initially, the restaurant had only four sandwiches where the star was the grilled cheese steak. Along with the subs, fresh-cut french fries, and hand-squeezed lemonade were served. The food was prepared on order, directly in front of the customers using the finest meats and the freshest ingredients. The concept of on-order freshly prepared food quickly became a hit.
By 1987, Penn Station had expanded into several branches .Jeff felt that his concept of a high end, fast dining experience that focuses on freshness and quality would be a hit all over. So in 1988, he decided to franchise his business. This started the rapid expansion of the business and made it into the successful chain (of more than 290 branches) that it is

They use freshly baked bread that is soft on the inside and crispy and toasted on the outside. They use the finest, freshest ingredients such as the hand selected potatoes and cholesterol-free peanut oil used to prepare the french fries. The lemonade is made from scratch daily by hand-squeezing fresh lemons.
The menu has very good offerings and a lot of variety. There are grilled subs and cold subs and they are both available in four different sizes: 6, 8, 10, and 12 inches. The french fries are available in three different sizes and packaged chips can also be bought. Malt vinegar is offered as a free condiment with the fries which makes them taste even
That is the elevated dining experience given to you from their succulent burgers. They have some of the best sauces to choose from that are all made in-house, “…chipotle aioli, housemade ketchup, basil garlic aioli, black truffle aioli, sumac aioli, and white truffle aioli” (Saria). They each have a burger uniquely built around the aioli, but you can also just order them as a side to try with whatever you’d like. They seem to think of everything. Their onions are pickled in house, and they also have a homemade beer cheese. When they were a food truck there was a lot of talk about how people wanted shakes or desserts of some kind. Well, when they got themselves a brick and mortar they finally delivered. They now have three shakes. One of which stands out the most, the chocolate lover. Starting with a base of chocolate ice cream it is layered with heath crumbles, brownie pieces, and chocolate syrup.

Here, we first discuss the Product Design and Quality: When Hard Rock Cafe is founded, first-rate, but moderately priced casual American fare, warm service and ever-present rock 'n' roll music and sensibility, it was initially decorated with an eye toward eclectic American. What started as an American dinner in the heart of London has blossomed into a way of life. Now, social norms and preferences often suggest some tweaking of menus for local taste. The following is several examples:
The burgers can be customized in many ways, you are able to choose the condiments on your burger and the size of your burger. The condiments include mayo, relish, onions, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, fried onions, sauteed mushrooms, ketchup, mustard, jalapeno peppers, green peppers, A-1 sauce, Bar-B-Q sauce and hot sauce. The main courses are not all Five Guys has. They also have amazing sides including their greasy fries and all you can eat peanuts.
I loved that each of the 3 times I've visited this location, I've never had to wait in line anymore than 3-4 minutes. I have had their chicken wrap and the chicken bowl and both were very good, but in my opinion, the reason this place is so famous is because of their sauces. They have two, the Garlic, and the spicy. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT ask for extra hot sauce as it will literally give you a tummy ache, and most likely force you to trash
