In the absence of planning, all the business activities of the organization will become meaningless. It determines how and who is going to perform a specific job. Planning is considered to be one of the best ways to ensure that an organization remains stable and is able to grow as desired. Creating an annual strategic plan is also a great way for businesses to develop a way to monitor their progress while assessing the results and the impact of their actions at the same time.
