Part B: Conduct and report on research
The next part of your assessment requires you to conduct the research as per the research brief that you developed in Part A and report on your findings.
Your report should be approximately 1000 words and that includes graphics as tables and charts to illustrate the information collected and analyses. Your report must be written in clear and concise English so as to be readable by diverse groups.
Your assessor will indicate the date by which you must submit your report and it must be emailed to the assessor as though they are your Manager. Your covering email must briefly outline the purpose of the report and invite comments and feedback.
Your report will need to address:

This can be conducted through a detailed SWOT analysis and environmental scanning to detect any influential elements or factors.
I have used the following research strategies
Data analysis
The process of cleaning the drive change and create a memory that aims to discover the information that is global, making the conclusions and supporting the decision on. Data analysis has multiple facets and how to bake a variety of techniques covered under the exercise yard of the names in different business domains, science and social science.
Documentation reviews
Process each case to sort through and analyze documents and information that may have legs. (And subsequent documents and information prepared opponents through their discovery) to check the BA is important or relevant to the case otherwise. Document review is the main

A description of the nature of the data to be analyzed.
From exploring the relationship of the basic demographic data.
Modeling made up to summarize their understanding of how to make it easier to find information related to the population more basic.
The results prove (Or disprove) to find the accuracy of the model.
The goal of the analysis is to identify the trend. Retail, rent, for example, used statistical analysis to determine the type of customer data is unstructured and semi-Cola created that can be used to create a positive experience for customers and increase sales.
The beginning of the raw data into the data filtering and processing systems. For example, if you think the interested in the differences by age, it is probably to start with customers surveys from different age groups.
One of the most common technology used for outlining subconsciously using graphs, bar charts, especially the one that shows all the information in the order, or bar charts, histograms, which is among a wider group.

I plan to conduct a research for the local fitness centre to find out their customer satisfaction level, the required areas for the business improvements and what the management need to do for the better business operations and operations.
Qualitative data: this type of market research concerns the facts about social phenomenon which assured the fixed and measurable reality. The data analyse through numerical comparisons and statistical inferences and reported through statistical analyse. The example is color of the sky determine the quality of shading in the picture and the use of contrast within the photo.
After collecting the data, you will be faced with challenges to clean and analyze it with appropriate methods in order to derive meaningful conclusions from the data. For example, you will need to structure the individual data processing and analysis steps and to automate and eventually provide the results for implementation. Without the right data analysis methods, tools and other necessary resources, you will not be able to exploit the potential knowledge in the data.
The various steps involved in this descriptive research are collection of required secondary data, analysis of that data using statistical technique like regression and trend analysis and then concluding relevant findings.
In order for data to be useful, you must analyze it.Analysis techniques vary and their effectiveness depends on the types of information you are collecting, and the type of measurements you are using. Because they are dependent on the data collection, analysis techniques should be decided before this step.
The “presenting team” will provide the background and content of the case, an analysis of what the company did correctly or incorrectly, and suggestions about what the company should do in the future. They should also address any questions given as part of the case write-up or indicated by the instructor. The “questioning team” will be responsible for questioning the presenting team, offering alternative solutions, and for leading the rest of the class in a discussion of the case. The questioning team will submit a written list of questions prior to the presentation. The members of the class will be asked to assess the performance of both teams. The instructor will incorporate the class evaluations into the presentation grades.
It makes it possible to generate a relatively complex set of objectives and questions; it provides a basis for including and excluding literature and research that is actually related to the inquiry by identifying the variables of greatest interest and concern; and it provides focus to the inquirer's procedural planning and choices from initial design selection, through instrument development or adoption, to the organization, analysis and interpretation of data, e.g., research design, statistical tests, making sense of empirical findings.
Whenever someone or a group conducts a field study, the information that they gather is usually stored for future usage. The information is stored as data that will, hopefully, prove useful in the future as a reference. Therefore, the data collected has to be analyzed, so that the one can extract the desired details from it. This process forms the basis of the data analysis. In the field of business, there are various skills that one ought to equip oneself with, to survive the competition prevalent in the field in which one operates. Fortunately, one need not have all the skills, only the relevant
The collecting data from market research is one of the most effective ways a company can use to do business. Consumer behavior, current market trend awareness and the competitors will enable you to find a opportunity and run a business that fulfils the consumers desires and needs. Its also allows company to spot current trends in past scenario and what may will come in the future which will help a company to become more prepared and able to reduce gaps and other chances in the market. To communicate with consumers, suppliers and other stake holder’s business decision can reduce risk. Business decision lets company to measure their performance and gives clear view what customers really expect from company.
The following areas should be covered in detail as part of the data-gathering exercise are
Analyze and Interpret Data – Represent the data in tables, figures, and pictures; Take the data apart to look at individual responses. Explain conclusion from the data that address the research questions.
In this chapter the researcher is going to highlight the ways to be used to collect data as well as the tools which are going to be used. The researcher is to mainly focus on the research design and analysis of data.
The brain storming sessions while thinking for the research topic , efforts put in while preparing the questionnaire , enthusiastic attitude while conducting the survey has resulted in successful completion of this research project.
