As a CEO of a company, your values must reflect the core of what the company is about and the profits of the company. Quality is the first to be part of the benefits, it a critical factor in a company making a profit so that the business can grow. Four of the significant components in keeping quality high is a man, machine, the material method can hurt the quality of a company if not control or care.
The manpower must have the training to perform the jobs that needed to produce a high-quality product for the company to make a profit. Man must not feel overwork or underpaid. The way the product made also must not have an adverse effect on the environment. The method has standardized procedures when training worker it will not slow production. By focusing on the man, machine, the material method, a leader can see how it fall into the values plan and drive up quality and the profit.
A leader who leads the way in ownership by focusing on taking care man, machine, material method and being a positive spokesman for the company will see profit go up. Having trust in the working and allowing them to give feedback, make suggestions or ideas on how to improve the companies. The employees will show interest in the company by low turnover rate and high-quality production. The employee will take pride and ownership in the ownership by doing the job with pride and longer stay with the company.
The study shows the impact of ethical climate types (professionalism, caring, rules, instrumental, efficiency, and independence) on various sides of job satisfaction (pay, promotions, co-workers, supervisors, and work itself) in a large non-profit organization. A professional climate significantly influenced satisfaction with promotions, supervisors, and work. It also significantly influenced overall job satisfaction. Those respondents who believed that their organization had caring climate were more satisfied with their supervisors.
