As a senior I hope to accomplish many goals, some of them being in high school and some relating to college. A goal is an aim or a desired result, but may not always be achieved. Going into senior year I have aspirations of going to a good college and working for higher grades. Your senior year of high school seems like the most stressful year of them all. In my senior year my goal is to be accepted into all of the colleges I would like to apply to. I would like to apply to five schools currently. Another goal I have is to work for higher grades this year. By managing sports, work, and school I will become better at time management. Senior year should be stressful, but also fun. My goal is to enjoy my last year with all of the friends I made,
I cant believe that I am finally a senior in high school it seems just like yesterday I was beginning high school. As I begin my final year I am beginning to realize that this year I will be faced with many responsibilities and will make tons of memories. But I hope that I am able to make my senior year the best yet. Through this final year I hope to have passing grades in all of my classes, to win pep rallies, and to have perfect attendance.
All throughout school, students are ask what we want to be when we grow up. Many of us know or have a pretty good idea, but others have no clue what they want to pursue as a career in life, whether it be furthering their education at a university or attending a technical school. There are other students that plan to start work right out of high school. Either way we all have a plan, and the purpose of this paper is to inform you of mine. I personally struggle in making big decisions like deciding what to do with my life, but then I realized I have been asking myself the wrong questions. Instead of asking what I want to be when I grow up, I asked myself what do I want out of life? what are some of my goals that I wish to achieve? This led
As far as goals, I intend on graduating from college and fulfill my aspiration of having a professional career. Growing up, my father has always worked minimum paying jobs and living for paycheck to paycheck, while my mother has always been a housewife. Whenever it came to school, my parents encouraged me to do my best in my studies.
With a year full of hurdles I was set to overcome, senior year did not seem like the right time for me to defeat my dragon. My introverted qualities have grown tremendously over the course of my life due to traumatic events I have been forced to face on my own. Since adolescence, I have always been known as the “quiet girl” in the room. I always took this as a compliment, until recently, when I realized I was missing out on crucial events that would help prepare me for the future. Through careful consideration, I decided that senior year would be the ideal time to slay my dragon, introversion.
When I was a little girl, I would always dream of being those famous celebrities on television. But I did not grew a desire for that. As I grew more and experience more things in life, I start having a desire of being a pediatrician. I also have a desire to travel the world and live in Atlanta for the rest of my life.
As a nontraditional student as well as a Sophomore my goals as well as responsibilities are different from the typical student’s. As a father of three, including a six month old balancing my professional, academic, together with my personal life has been the most challenging aspect of returning to school.
As of right now in my 8th grade year, I thought that 8th grade finals were hard, but in highschool it’s probably ten times harder. I hope to pass all the finals and succeed in my high school year. Also right now in 8th grade I’m debating whether to play soccer in high school, especially since they rose the league. If I’m still playing soccer in high school than that’s a very good accomplishment. Finally in high school for my last year I hope to get good grades nothing less than an A-, too always stay on task and doing my homework on time, and lastly not to procrastinate.
My goals for after high school, is to got to Greenville Tech. I have different ideas of what I want to do for my career. I have a lot of plans after high school career-wise. My goal for sure, is to finish college, but there is so much to study,
I plan that my senior year should be very successful, and the I exempt my classes. I also plan that I get through the school year with no interruptions. Going to school is very important in the real world and also have your high school diploma. Getting your high school diploma gets you better job in the real world. My goals are keeping my grades up, exempt my classes, and graduate. After I graduate I will be attending Greenville Technically College to take up CNA classes and respiratory.
My goals for next year, boy this is always a super tough question for me. My goals for next year is to make it through each semester and not give up and graduate next summer with my master’s degree. I believe the rest will just fall into place.
Senior year of high school is finally here. I am quite nervous about this year and especially what follows throughout the year. Most seniors in high school are excited for the year and have a plan and just know what they are going to do when they graduate. But honestly, I'm not sure what I want to do yet. I'm just worried about today, and my health, and lifestyle and just trying to make my senior year a great year.
My educational goals for high school would be to get good grades mostly, and the reason that is one of my main goals is because with grades your acceptance rate is higher to get into a college. With a higher acceptance rate, you get more options of colleges to choose from you aren’t limited to a certain college. For my college goals, they are to get a master's in nursing. Why I want my masters in nursing is because a master gets a higher chance in being hired, because they would rather choose someone with a higher degree in that area of work. Also with a masters you have more knowledge and that is always a better thing when applying to a job.
My freshmen year, I have many goals that I would love to achieve. Now that I am in high school, sports are more important than in middle school. Being watched by recruiters and making it to state are both possibilities in high school. However, grades come before everything, and graduating with a 4.0 G.P.A., could mean scholarships to many school. I will have to take my studies more seriously because what happens now, could determine my future. Even though this year is going to be hard for me, I am going to achieve my goals by keeping focus on them and work hard until I accomplish them. My goals this year are to be healthier, excel in sports, and finish freshmen year with a 4.0 GPA.
I wasn't always the successful student in the class nor was I motivated to succeed. At the beginning of freshman year, I managed to pass all my classes with mostly B+ and C's but it quickly change my sophomore year. I was starting to learn more about the college process which was mainly about GPA and sat requirements, personal essay, letters of recommendation and most importantly extracurricular activities. Colleges love students who got involved in their communities to make a difference. So I started to stay focus in school and created a goal to receive all A's in all my classes until I graduate. I began looking for afterschool clubs or programs to join when I came across a leadership program called student voice collaborative, I couldn't
Upon entering high school, I made a goal to myself: I wanted to become a better version of myself, realizing my own strengths and weaknesses and, ultimately, preparing to be a part of a completely different atmosphere beyond high school and even college. From the beginning, I knew I was going to find a way to improve academically, as a member of Kingsway’s STEM Academy and Superintendent’s List throughout my high school career. However, I would never think that I, as an eighth grader, would ultimately rise above my classmates, eventually being third in my class freshman year and still enjoying the rigor of taking as many AP and Honors classes as I possibly could fit in my schedule. By being recognized and awarded for my achievements, I finally realized that being this type of student, one that strives to do the best and remains self-motivated no matter what difficulties are faced, gives me a purpose as student and overall enjoyment.
