Now in today world technology has taken over everything and it surrounds our everyday life. I have four children who love to be on technology from laptops to phones. I and my husband have experienced a lot when it comes to our children and technology they cry cant have it. For examples we face them not wanting to go to bed at night, saying bad things, bad behavior off youtube. Monitoring toddlers and technology our family has experienced the developmental delay, bad words, and not wanting to interact with people. My son has an Xbox and a phone. He will stay on the phone to watch Jake Paul and WWE Smackdown. We were in the car, and he was listening to Jake Paul music it had a lot of bad words in the song. I said son you know I don’t let you listen to that music. He said mom Jake Paul is a Disney star I said I don’t care who he is don’t want you listening to that music anymore. So use as parents have to monitor our children technology and what they're watching. I check his phone every day and it has a parental lock on youtube so he can’t listen to bad word song.I don’t allow him to play games on the Xbox that has violence or bad words in the game. I can’t allow technology to take over my son life. However, he also got in a place where he was caught up into too much technology that he didn’t want to interact with people or family. His godmother can speak to him and he acts like he doesn't hear her or always in a bad mood. All he wants to do is play video games and play on
Similar to a vehicles control board, the balanced scorecard shows indicators of performance that gives an overview of the organization. A balanced scorecard, developed by Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton, is a tool that merges financial and nonfinancial measurements into a view of organizational performance linked to the strategy (Pearce & Robinson, 2009). Although several versions of balanced scorecards exist, each defines an organization’s mission, vision, and objectives. Demary & Sons’ mission is to deliver freight professionally and on time while committing to highway safety. The
Now a day’s technology can be easily accessible than the decade ago by the vendor’s as well as the expectations on the organization is increasing more than the previous years. As a result CIO has to work hard and think innovatively to meet their expectations and the organization’s growth. Therefore, CIO has to concentrate more on the strategy to develop the technology.
We all know technology is a good thing, right? Or is it? We can all come up with reasons why technology is helpful or appropriate like we can for a particular medicine. And while some drugs are really great to cure or prevent a disease, sometimes the side effects outweigh any possible benefit. The same is true with technology. Some common negative side effects of technology are kids playing on their phones instead of going outside to play or young people not interacting face-to-face as much as they used to. Parenting is an area that has suffered since the rise in technology, specifically with phone use.

A group of friends are walking down a street after school, and one brings up the idea to get something to eat. Along the way, there are a handful of restaurants: A local bistro known for its Italian cuisine, along with an astronomical price tag; a submarine shop that’s been open for a few months to favorable Yelp reviews, with a line is out the door and nearly wrapped around the building; and McDonald’s, which is not necessarily the favorite place for all of the friends involved, but there’s enough choices for each person to find something that they are willing to eat, without taking a large chunk out of their allowance.
An organization needs to do Strategic planning when their current organizational objectives are no longer being met. However, when the current strategy is producing favorable results then there will most likely be no change or need for change in the organization (Greenberg, 2005). In the case of the Software Firm, there is clear need for a change in strategy and therefore need for strategic planning. The current organizational objects are no longer being met and therefore the new organizational objectives will require a new strategic plan. It has been decided that the company will take steps to move in a completely new direction, and therefore new objectives will be established along with a new strategic plan to meet these objectives.

Our current IT governance structure takes a top-down approach, centralized in nature. Upper echelons decide what innovative hardware should be manufactured. They develop strategies to market the prospective product and delegate the actual innovative processes to our company’s divisions, such as R&D and production. Our company fosters an adhocracy culture which implies rewards for individual initiatives, but since our core product is to deliver high performance home entertainment systems to our consumers any initiatives made by lower level staff members are only rewarded if they supplement the platform. The innovative ideas that drive our business are engendered by visionaries that make up our senior managers. There is little autonomy designated to the lower echelons in terms of IT decision making at Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. Mark Cerny, our lead system architect,

Can you imagine a machine so big it dwarfs entire planets? Can you imagine a machine with a single goal, a single purpose? Can you see it, hovering in space, blotting out the stars, so big it bends thought? Can you imagine a machine so complex that no human has ever even tried to understand it, and yet the machine exists because humans built it in the first place?
