Any facility or organization needs to have a structure in order to function effectively. I found two nonprofit hospitals just an hour apart from each other. The first hospital is Brattleboro Memorial Hospital (BMH) a 61-bed not-for-profit community hospital located in southeastern Vermont with a mission to provide community-based quality health services delivered with compassion and respect (BMH, n.d., para. 1-2).
