However, his voting record on many issues in Texas are problematic. It is disturbing that he supported bills like HB 15. This bill requires women to view sonograms before getting an abortion SB 14 is another bill that is alarming to many Texans. The base of this bill would require ID verification when voting. Bills like these and several others restrict Texans ability to participate in the voting process, and the “Sonogram Bill” is just another useless and harmful hurdle that women must go through when making the difficult decision to have an abortion.
