I was wondering if you could contact the residents in 1103 about their two dogs barking? It has been an issue since they moved in and at times the two dogs they have will bark non-stop for hours at a time. It has been an everyday occurrence so far. The worse was on Sunday when they were barking non-stop from early afternoon until after 10pm. I tried contacting them in person but they were either not home or not answering. It does seem the dogs bark when they are not home, so I am not sure how aware they are about the issue. Also, since I could not contact them first in person, I would prefer that they are not informed that we are the ones complaining about the issue. Thank you so much!

And while Bill did not have a chance to introduce himself after the incident.....that does not mean finding the owner is impossible. Nor does it mean you have to rely on the management office to find them to discuss. You have brought a petition to the dog group at the last stages in the complaint process. Leaving many of us here to just find out about this via your email or through “gossip” . Yet you clearly knew about this group and could have used it as an avenue to discuss before initiating any of this. Because once again, every interaction I have ever had with Bill has resulted in them bending over backwards to accommodate. And from what I know, you still to this day have not gone down and introduced yourself even though you said you
