The article God Means Business, discussed how modern Christian business owners can use their businesses as a mission (B.A.M.). The B.A.M. idea is in essence a comprehensive approach to testifying about God and Christ to others through business interactions. The case study concerning Bill and Page Mallory described the couples calling in 1997 and how they used their business ventures to serve God and others in the Philippines. Their missionary business interactions were used to tell people how God could transform them and their communities; spiritually, socially, and economically. The Mallory’s knew most poor people live in low income neighborhoods, and expanding the available local employment opportunities in the Philippines would be critical to raising them out of poverty. This paper will discuss how Bill and Page employed B.A.M. as a paradigm shift, an appropriate reaction to a world in need of salvation, to reach a vast number of people, and to pursue a profit.

Market research analysts essentially evaluate the market and the consumers consisting of the market in order to develop a marketing plan for a company. Knowing that business research cost time and money, professional business research can provide business leaders with the data necessary to direct immediate actions to remedy productivity problems or solve performance problems. Moreover, decision makers require dependable data in order to plan business, conduct daily and long-term operations, and forecast strategies.
Yin (2003) and Saunders et al. (2009) recognized that granting numerous research strategies occur, there are great commonalities amongst them and henceforth the significant contemplation would be to choose the greatest useful strategy for a particular research study. Some of the typical research approaches used in business and management are experiment, questionnaires, case study, action research and grounded theory and ethnography, archival research, cross-sectional studies, longitudinal studies and participative enquiry.
The prime managerial value of management research is that it reduces uncertainty by providing information that improves the decision-making process. The decision –making process associated with the development and implementation of a strategy involves four interrelated stages.
In today 's changeable markets uncertainty becomes the norm. ‘Quality and timely market research are desired and vital than before’, stated by Platt and Barista (2010). Market research involves gathering, analysing and evaluating information to help business owners formulate business goals.
The research mechanism enables the organization to better understand and comprehend the market, its customers and competitors. The organization knows exactly what their customers need and desire, and takes the appropriate steps to deliver that to them. Also, the company can classify customers on the basis of demographics, such as gender, age, income of the household and educational levels. Once the company determines its customers ' primary demographic group, it takes steps to service them better. Through research, competitors ' moves and strategies are highlighted, and the company can then be proactive to preempt them.
Business research is considered as a truth seeking function that collects, analyses and reports information which enables decision makers to become more effective in their decision making (Alvesson and Deetz, 2000). Conducting primary research is inevitable as far as the aim of this research is concerned. However it is vital that the right kind of methodology be adopted which helps the researcher to achieve the research aim properly. In the selection of right methodology, this study seeks to identify the possible ways by which a research of this nature can be conducted and the reasons behind the selection of particular philosophy, methods, data collection, sampling and analysis techniques.
