As humans, we are born with a natural desire to learn and discover. With space exploration, we are able to do just that. In an online essay called “Is Space Exploration Worth the Cost”, Dr. Joan Vernikos,
“We’ll continue our quest into space. There will be more shuttle flights and more shuttle crews and, yes, more volunteers, more civilians, more teachers in space. Nothing ends here; our hopes and our journeys continue” (6).
For example, a billboard can be placed in an area that is frequented by the population the system is targeting.
From the origins of rocketry, the only major contenders in space exploration were governmental agencies, while the commercial use of the Universe was limited to communication satellites. However, everything is changing. Modern developments like reusable rockets and nano-satellites drastically lower the cost of accessing space, starting the new Space Race. This Race, unlike the previous one, is accessible for all of us - and I’m going to share it in my Paideia class.
Money can never guarantee one's safety. Sometimes the cheapest of things can be the safest. In this article titled “Revolutionaries unbound: the greatest challenge is to go faster, higher and cheaper than ever before”, about the famous “Space Race”, it tells of how the race was suppose to be the cheapest and the fastest space flight in all of history. The authors purpose was to provide facts about how much money NASA is willing to spend on flights and what they can do to make it cheaper. Within this article, the author does a poor job at explaining their thoughts and connecting to the reader about cheaper and faster space flights.
NASA has taken many giant leaps in spaceflight since Neil Armstrong first stepped on the moon: The International Space Station was built, multiple rovers were sent to Mars, a spacecraft has landed on an asteroid, and we even have pictures of Pluto for the first time. NASA has accomplished some incredible projects that have inspired many and benefited the entire world with the research it has found. Unfortunately, it has recently encountered some setbacks that make it nearly impossible for the administration to continue in these ambitions. Due to cost, interests, and efficiency, it is time for the private sector to take control of the future of spaceflight.
AUFGC © one of the biggest petrochemical companies in middle east , this is why I have chosen this company for my work in CIM503 – Professional Communications Strategies. Picture a typical 5th grade class at a career day. The young boys and girls are full of jitters and excitement to learn about the future careers of their choice. Some will choose the typical banker or lawyer approach, but what about the child who dreams to be an astronaut? Is this a realistic goal? Is there even a need for space exploration in today’s world? The answer is yes. Space Exploration is still central to discovering the vast universe.

As humans, a necessary part of our psyche is exploration. However, numerous trials are confronted when it comes to space exploration. While it remains vital that humans explore this great expansion, one must consider the issues that occur. After all, what is more important, space exploration, or our continued existence?
Space has become a big part of everyday life without anyone realizing it. With a growing understanding of space, people are able to learn new things and send humans and other objects out of the atmosphere and solar system. Space exploration has an important history and future involving advanced technology and engineering.
Many see space exploration as a task that only the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) can pursue. Yet, critics complain about the lack of funding and growth that NASA and many other government-regulated space exploration organizations have accomplished. Recent developments in the private space industry have proven to be hopeful. Significant leaps and bounds have been made by several companies and progress is continuously being made because of them. These companies include: SpaceX, Virgin Galactic, Boeing, and many more. Each has a mission that is slightly different from the others, whether it be deep space exploration, tourism, or even building a telescope. The private space industry is on the rise, and while this industry

While NASA and its partners have suffered continuing launch failures as of late, we can now hope to enter an era of renewed optimism in spaceflight. The transition of traditional facilities to commercial use connotes literal and new horizons. NASA unveiled the new name of Boeing’s commercial crew transportation spacecraft, dubbed the CST-100 Starliner, in addition to current plans to refit Kennedy Space Center for more continuous transport astronauts to and from the International Space Station.
