Anyone can generate an idea, but rather, it is the ability to transform that idea into a development that is valued by many--which is what makes being an entrepreneur remarkable. Entrepreneurs are some of the keenest, most creative, and passionate people that walk the earth.

However, there if there is something good there has to be a bad part as well. Even though mining is helping the technologies to grow rapidly everyday, there are side affects caused to the people live near mining areas, especially indigenous people, given that a substantial number of mining operations are on or near Indigenous land, the increase in mining investment may have extremely affected Indigenous communities. There are concerns that, in remote mining areas, the increases in house costs generated by the mining boom mean that anyone who doesn’t work in the mining industry, especially those who are 100% relied on government benefits, will find it harder to afford housing. It will not affect the current generation; however, it will have a huge impact on the future generation. For example, parents wont be able to afford money for their children to go to school, which will result in, kids started working as child labours or slaves and people will find it hard to afford foods and

The interview was conducted at Mrs. Singh’s house, where she has opened her tutoring center called New Heights Tutoring Centre. It was a privilege to talk to Mrs. Singh and spend a day with her to garner a notion of what it takes to be a social entrepreneur. Mrs. Singh is a self-made entrepreneur who is not afraid of taking risks in her life, rather she is always looking to embark on new adventures that tests her abilities that allows her to improve the lives of her students. Furthermore, she comes across as an inspirational leader for her students and other individuals in the society.

Because of this characteristic economists said that “entrepreneurship is becoming an important agent in the growth and wellbeing of the society”.an entrepreneur is motivated by family or society. They offer new completion and also promotes improved productivity. They can recognize and resolves social problems on a large scale. To create social value entrepreneurs act as a change agent for the society like designing and distributing new approaches. Entrepreneur react very quickly and effectively to the change so that they can take the advantage of opportunities. If they can’t capable of quick action it will be result on their process and success. Social entrepreneurs are stepping to solve the problems.

Mineral products – including gold, silver, iron, copper, zinc, nickel – are critical to modern industrial society. Although mining has been key to Canadian settlement and development, in recent decades the industry has also been criticized for its environmental and social impacts. Canada remains one of the world’s leading mining countries and has become a centre of global mining finance and expertise.

Addressing the Canadian mining industry from an economic angle, one would agree that this industry has provided employment, revenue, community development and lots more to Canada especially to its local residents where mining firms are located. (M.A.C, 2014). Mining is amongst Canada's most essential economic sectors. It contributes enormously to Canada's gross domestic product. Part of the reasons why this industry has remained a key economic driver is that it has been able to remain competitive. For the industry to be competitive, they must have access to key market, a regulatory system that is efficient and a pool of talent to combat the shortage of skills.

Minerals are a natural resource that is very important to Canada and its industries development. Canada is one of the leading countries when it comes to minerals due to the mining industries. Mines that provide us minerals in Canada include the Diamond Production in the far North, Voiseys Bay in Labradors, the Sudbury region, Arctic and Taiga region, and the boreal shield region. Miners play an effective role when it comes to minerals since they are really the ones providing us with these minerals. As well as the workers in industries who make oil and different things out of them. There have been many recent developments in Canada in the mineral industry, such as; Diamond production in the far north that is Canada’s latest mining success stories.

Entrepreneurship is the process of designing, launching and running a new business while social entrepreneurs launch the business and implement solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues simultaneously. Bill Drayton once said, “There is nothing more powerful than a new idea in the hands of a social entrepreneur.” In the world, there are billions of people have no access to education, healthcare, clean drinking water, food and even the basic human rights and respect. Violence, poverty and more global issues are at the alarm rate nowadays. These matters have to be tackled immediately before it is too late to do so. In our opinion, social entrepreneurship is the best way to help the needy and overcome the problem.

It will also provide strategies for mining companies to improve the environmental conditions.
