Being organized is my expertise When I first started school in 2002, I enjoyed shopping for agendas so I could be organized in class. My parents would always buy me more than one agenda because they saw how much I enjoyed having them. Also to keep myself organized, I made sure everything in my room was kept in one place. Although as a baby, I threw my toys around, when I got older everything changed. I learned how to be organized by having an agenda, keeping my clothes color coordinated and keeping my room clean. First, I’m an expert at being organized because I carry an agenda with me. In my agenda, I write down important events that are coming up or just to remind myself of other things. For instance, I write down any important detail
I PUT DVDS AND BOOKS IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER, THEY ARE EASIER TO FIND. I COLOR COORDINATE MY CLOTHES FOR WORK, IT TAKES ME LESS TIME TO PUT AN OUTFIT TOGETHER. THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS THAT YOU CAN RE-PURPOSE THINGS. YOU CAN USE ICE CUBE TRAYS FOR A DESK, FOR HOME OR WORK. IT WORKS GREAT FOR US, WHEN WE ARE TRYING TO SAVE TIME. MY BIGGEST THING IS, GET RID OF THINGS YOU HAVEN’T USED FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. IT’S HARD TO GET RID OF SOME STUFF, BUT IT KEEPS IT A LITTLE MORE ORGANIZED. THE CLEANER AND MORE ORGANIZED YOUR WORKSPACE, THE BETTER YOU WILL FEEL. YOUR HOME WILL BE EASIER TO CLEAN AND STAY CLEAN, I HAVE FOUND THAT OUT. THERE 'S A DISTINCTION BETWEEN ORGANIZATION AND ALSO THE MERCHANDISE YOU MAY USE TO REALIZE THAT GOAL. ORGANIZATION MAY BE A METHOD, NOT A PRODUCT. I HAVE A FEW TASKS FOR YOU, THAT YOU CAN DO IN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES. RESPOND TO OR DELETE 20 EMAILS. CLEARING OUT OLD MESSAGES, ARCHIVE ONES YOU WANT TO KEEP. FILE ONE STACK OF PAPERWORK. CHECK YOUR APPOINTMENT CALENDAR FOR THE WEEK. MAKE A TO DO LIST. YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO ALL OF THESE THINGS IN TEN MINUTES BUT, DOING SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN DOING NOTHING. USING A LABEL MAKER COMES IN HANDY, I HAVE FOUND THAT IT MAKES THINGS MORE SIMPLE. STORING MANUALS FOR SOFTWARE, PRINTER, COPIER, CALCULATOR, AND FAX MACHINES IN ONE PLACE, MAKES THEM EASY TO FIND. TRYING TO MAKE YOUR DESK AREA HEALTHIER, MAKES YOU HEALTHIER. TRY TO COMBINE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INTO YOUR DESK AREA, IT WILL MAKE YOU MORE
One area that I am very confident in my organization and planning. One definition of being organized is “things need to go where they need to go” (Allen, 2008). This definition applies to many aspects of my life but especially my own education. My planner, binder, and notebooks are color coordinated. Each class is represented by a single color in all three areas. For example, the color for this class is green. In my planner assignments are written in green, papers for this class go to the green tab in my binder, and my notebook is green. This pattern is repeated for every class I am enrolled in. With a never-ending amount of papers and assignments, this allows me to track my progress in courses and maintain
All of my life I have struggled with the task of staying organized, in third grade I was that girl who had papers shoved in her locker up to her eyebrows. It was not until my junior year of high school that I was determined to shake the disorganization. Since I was involved in so many activities and had to balance a tough academic schedule, I needed away to stay on top of everything. Furthermore, I responded to this by cleaning my bedroom every day when I got home from school. It may sound strange, but having a clean room made sure my mind was ten times less cluttered. In addition to cleaning my room, I made sure my locker was spotless, kept all of my papers in binders, and went through my bag frequently to throw away any unneeded papers. Nevertheless,
Every individual has a way they carry out a task that is unique to them, called having a strategy, game plan, to carry out a goal. Making notecards, lists, scheduling, or even just doing it at the last second is a game plan. Every one of these, but the last one is a good strategy to use when doing just about anything. Students can make a list of everything that is due for the following week so that nothing gets forgotten. A parent can schedule their kids’ activities and who is responsible for driving them there. Having things written out help so that no one is having to rush to get things done.
● It also has to do with making sure that the strategies they're implementing are being
Throughout my career, I have worked in both a structured and unstructured environment and found I can operate in either efficiently. In a structured environment, I stick closely to the provided time schedule to ensure all deadlines are met. In an unstructured environment, I make sure to make a prioritized list of all things that need to be accomplished and make sure to begin with things with the closest deadline or highest impact. In either environment, I find making lists to be the most effective way to manage and prioritize my day.
It?s no secret that organization is one of the keys to success. You can?t be messy and disorganized if you want to be successful at something. You have to be focused, driven, hard working, and, above all, organized. You have to be clean, orderly, and in control not just when it comes to the state of your workspace, like how much clutter is on your desk or where you keep all your pens and folders, but with how you approach and accomplish all your tasks or how you track and monitor the operations, productivity, and progress of your business.

I have an sixteen year old and without these organized activities i dont know what i would do.She loves dance and getting her involved with dance,it really helped the both of us.She learned so much not just dance but hoe to communcate better with her peers, she learned how to be an postive leader. That filled her day up,she was excited about
Organization helps you find things easier and faster and therefore won’t make you lazy or procrastinate. I know high school students still want to have a social life and go out and have fun, but if you procrastinate this affects your schedule later on. Procrastination causes unnecessary levels of stress. The project or essay will not be as good as it would have been if you had worked on it over the course of a few days instead of one one night. Procrastination definitely is a disease. You carry it with you for the rest of your high school education and also beyond high school. Learning to organize your time and your resources, decreases your stress level and helps you maintain a social life at the same
There are several benefits of organized activities. When a child learns that he has to be somewhere at a certain time on certain days, it will teach him about schduling. There are some days children may not want to go to dance or football or cheerleading practice, but when he knows he has to go then he will quickly learn that he won't always get what he wants. Organized activites also teaches children responsibilty. The child knows they have to be somewhere or there is a punishment for not going. For instance sitting

If you want to be organized, all you have to do is get a planner and write down important things like when papers or assignment are due and what tests or quizzes are coming up that need to be studied for. The story 10 tips for getting good grades, states "So once you have some sort of system get in the habit of using it and it will soon become a second nature."
Organization is huge for someone as busy as me. I even neglected to mention the time I needed to do my homework, the time I needed to eat, the time I needed to practice for my private trumpet lessons, and the list goes on and on. I hold all of these things at a very high regard, so blowing off something like a homework assignment was out of the
