The assignment consists of developing a BPMN diagram of the Process Flow below and answering some open questions on Process Mining. And here is the description : BPMN PART Invoice approval procedure In the Organisation “NextGen”, whenever an invoice is received from a Supplier , a signature to perform the payment has to be collected. The Administration performs the 1st stage approval on the invoice. When the administration approver get a request, they evaluate the request. Then, they document and submit the decision and the 1st stage is fulfilled. The invoice can be approved or rejected. If it is approved, it has to be send to approval in the 2nd stage performed by the Director. Upon receipt of the request, the 2nd approver evaluates the request, then documents/submits his final decision.The invoice can be either approved or rejected. If it is approved the process ends at Signature/Approval obtained. When a rejection decision is taken a proposal to resubmit is sent to the supplier. If accepted, the supplier adjusts the request and resubmit it, and the process starts as a new submission; if the proposal to resubmit is rejected the process ends.
