These factors typically includes the decor aspect of the store;  sounds, aromas, lighting effects, sights, and textures that appeal to the five senses we use,  and also enrich the overall surroundings of the retail store, including the crucial brand image  that its known for. The environment or setting of a store is important because it communicates  with the customer the second, they enter the store. The store’s whole environment, from the  front entrance to the back of the store, should clearly show the brand image and the store's  identity. Very often, the store's graphics and posters, fixtures, sign, merchandise displays,  and just about everything else, will nicely work together to present the store brand to the  customer. Doing so, not only will this result in a good shopping experience, but also influence  the customer's behavior in a way that will benefit the store.
