Better Health Association Vision
To be the premier provider of state-of-the art health services in the greater central Ohio region. Our mission in the long-run is to be able to provide health care in the North West region of Ohio. Our intent is to focus on preventative care. However, as of today we are currently making coverage more affordable by reducing the cost of health care. Ultimately, our mission is to ensure everyone receives some type of support and for our company to focus on health through technology.
Strategic Goals for Department Name
The Better Health Association is always looking for stronger ways to connect with individuals within our community. As technology has increased, individuals spend large amounts of time online or on their cell phones. Our goal is to develop an app which will allow a Better Health patient to access any time of the day 24-7. Benefits of the app will include tips on health education, which in return will allow the patient the opportunity to take preventive steps in taking care of themselves. I will deepen the leadership and management practice in order to strengthen the organization to fulfill our goals.

For almost half a decade HOSA has provided students the gateway for to develop leadership and technical skills in healthcare. For many, HOSA has allowed them to achieve their full potential and interact with people who share their same interests. HOSA has given me many opportunities, from national competition where I was able to study current health issues and interact with HOSA members from around the world to the fall leadership conference where I have been able to improve my leadership and communication skills. HOSA has given me countless opportunities, and now I want to give back. Becoming a HOSA state officer will allow me to give back to my fellow members by helping them to achieve their own personal interests in HOSA. I found the program to be well rounded in the health care field and I am happy that I chose to continue with this program as an entry into the health administration field. This program has given me more opportunity to prepare an entrance into a professional environment of being of service in various health facilities and agencies, clinics and hospitals. This is a performance-oriented organization devoted to improving the level of health care given to children. After its establishment in 1999, principal focus was to get rid of the gap the links what is and what can exist in healthcare for every child. Its main emphasis was to put a stop to childhood obesity, promote centered care for children with chronic conditions, and to promote equity in care for everyone. Under the management of experienced professionals in children healthcare, its work focused towards improving children's healthcare to realize this goal through awareness. NICHQ drives attention towards the need to spread the message of success demonstrating the possibility of improving children's health care to realize better outcomes. It conducted a project to fit in excellence upgrading and cultural proficiency in clinics.

Health care administration is a very important and crucial role in today’s healthcare system. With an ever-changing national health care system, the role of a Health care Administrator or Healthcare Executive more than ever is needed. Healthcare facilities, organizations, and or offices rely on health care administrators to plan, direct and coordinate all medical health services (United States Department of Labor , 2014). Some areas where one might find administrators are managing entire medical facilities, specialized clinical departments, or a medical practice for a group of physicians (United States Department of Labor , 2014). The need for high-quality health care administers is more now than ever with the fast-changing health care laws.
Additionally, I have decided to expand and improve the organization’s reputation and name by offering online and on-site educational programs, and create new research programs for further investigations to find a cure for this disease. Being in a managerial position, I should say that it requires more of responsibilities and duties of the whole association itself rather than just focusing on one side because it’s dealing with multiple locations throughout the states and its development organization.

CEO will provide a link between the functional departments and the board of directors; he will be responsible for presenting the aims and objectives of the hospital to the board of directors and designing strategies to achieve them.
