Mr T’s Chippy
In this project, I am looking forward to solve a possible problem of my client as part of my A-Level Course.
Synopsis
The owner of Mr T’s Chippy has recently decided to upgrade his business in a major renovation method, which includes the brand, fixtures and fittings, new menu items and new computer systems for the company. This is due to the reason that his takeaway has been reaching far out in the social media and has attracted customers from more than just local area. The restaurant is already well known for having good customer reputation between various ethical beliefs.
“By upgrading my brand and my takeaway, I’m not only inviting new customers but I’m also listening to the old ones”

As seen in Figure 1 the benefit of not having competitors, gaining them valuable loyal customers since its birth, gaining around 100-200 loyal customers per week. They have employed 4 number of staff working around the clock from serving food to preparing food in the kitchen.
Below you can see the photo of the takeaway doing in its regular business time, this is always at 11:30 am to 11:30 pm except on Sunday which starts an hour later. Figure 1.1
In Figure 1.1 you could see how the shop looks from the outside and how well it is good at attracting new customers in to the business, it emphasises on Fish &Chips | Pizzas | Steaks | Burgers
Going back on the problem, my client wishes to achieve a completely new system that functions in the following area;

I give this restaurant extremely high marks for producing a quality product.” Another bonus is that the restaurant is very popular, meaning the food is in high demand. Therefore the food that is already out doesn’t have time to get old and stale. But consumers don’t just want great tasting food in any amount; they want enough to fill them up until the time comes for their next meal.
The retail industry is redefining business formulas to maximize opportunities of interaction with consumers by developing service solutions to support value creation processes (Montagnini, 2009). Eataly represents an innovative, brand-new retail formula in the Italian food market, bridging retail and consumer education concepts to enhance guests value experience (Montagnini, 2009). Eataly’s business model is an attractive value proposition that has proven to be innovative and successful. This model is greatly executed by utilizing enormous spaces in high-traffic areas, which helps fulfil Eataly’s three tenants: eat, shop, and learn (Edwards, 2015).

Steve Ells, Founder and Co-CEO of Chipotle Mexican Grill Restaurant, states that, “Our focus on our unique people and food culture has created an impressive demand for a restaurant experience that is redefining fast food for the better.” This statement from Ells displays the foundation of Chipotle Restaurant’s success with their fast casual brand. This industry has grown 550% since 1999 due to customers seeking out fast yet healthier alternatives for their lunch and dinner (Ferdman, 2015).
Obviously the company has perfected their marketing strategy, and like any successful business, has made it all about the customer. Businesses would not thrive without, of course, business for the people. Making customers the purpose of the restaurant, Chick-Fil-A has become exceedingly successful in a relatively short amount of time. They use good promotional and advertising ideas to draw the customers’ interests and keep customer satisfaction to develop loyal customer business. This video has shown that obtaining a strong marketing strategy, respectful service, dedication to the customer, and good promotional/advertising ideas will draw in business resulting in profit for the company and thriving
One of the hardest things to get, from the association's perspective, is the feeling of a customer. Yet, customers are as often as possible just unnecessarily energized, making it difficult to give it in light of the way that they have to assist you with showing indications of change as an association. There is in every way a refinement. One way to deal with hint at change is to viably hunt out and record and overview information from you're customer.
The consumer’s love the current facility. They like the good food and crafts they are able to make. They participate in current event classes talking about what is going on locally and nationally. The facility offers them many resources and a friendly staff that they might have never gotten elsewhere. They use this place as an outlet to find and make life long friends.
TNT’s Good Ta Go diner started off as a small shack near the run down shell station deep in the heart of Buena Vista. They only served to go orders and had a small client list for catering. After the first three years of business the customers had come too really like the food. It was real homemade food one of the few establishments that was able to create homemade food for a reasonable price. Nearly a year ago, they decided to get a bigger place and not just take to go orders. They made the restaurant feel like the customer was walking into their own home. For example, their plates are not the same. Most restaurants have the same looking plates but not T-N-T. They also make an effort to get to know all of their customers’.
George should focus on a market for his restaurant, that being, a family-style diner with family-like staffs because he already had that concept envisioned throughout his childhood. From the case, the vast majority of customers are seniors. To broaden Dundas Street Grille’s target market, discounts can be given to students on certain days of the week to attract the younger generation. Moreover, seniors can receive a promotion for those who bring along their family members. In the end, the restaurant will foresee a steady growth in revenue and profitability due to the expanded customer base.
The always changing industry trends are a kind of strategy that the business owner should always be aware. This is because the business must be able to keep abreast of the changing industry trends in order for the business to survive. Top Take Away restaurant will always introduce a new dish every month as well with some promotions to make sure that
To owner, Rocky Aoki and his team, their understanding on consumer patterns became their advantage; the consumer’s distrust of exotic food and their enjoyment of eating in exotic surroundings, and the customer’s interest in watching their food cooked. Though unique, this system allows the business for greater control on the flow and options given to the customer.
One of the key operational ingredients to make them successful is their hours of operations. The restaurant is only open from 11a to 2pm and from 5pm to 10pm. This could by far be one of the best strategies for them as it allows them to focus on the lunch and dinner seekers in the neighborhood. These hours of operations make it very easy to find part time employees helping keep payroll and benefits at 15% compared to 26.9% for the average limited menu restaurant. Being a buffet style restaurant and priding themselves on the freshness of their food, the owners have managed to run operations that allow them to reduce waste to mainly what the customers don’t finish eating. To meet the needs of this project, we used a lot of situations similar methods. I'll analysis the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
