Your body is where you are living and why not take care of it and make sure it lasts a long time. There is many ways to accomplish to maintain and better the health of your body. Toxins comes from environment pollutants and chemicals, and there is many more. When we think of toxic we quickly think of smoking or any other chemicals we put in our body but the truth is we also overwhelm our body with unhealthy foods. We don’t realize how much unhealthy foods we consume throughout the day, there are many reasons for you to detox your body, some of the main reasons for you to detox your body would be to prevent chronic disease like cancers, heart disease, strokes, to enhance your immune system, lose weight, improve quality …show more content…

For example water is the most important way to make the toxins that have been building up to exit the body. If you want to detox with water but you are one of those people that have a hard time drinking water, do not worry I had the same issue. I dislike the fact of drinking water because it has no taste, so what I did was to research detox water on Pinterest which is a wonderful application you can get ideas of how you can detox your body. Depending on what your goal is, weight loss, slim your belly, boost your metabolism…etc, there is a lot of reasons why we would like to detox our body.
