Having good ethics is a basis for having a successful business. In South Carolina a group of 25 individuals waited to be seated in a local Wild Wing Café for 2 hours. At which time a manager came to inform the group that they were going to be asked to leave because one of the patron of the establishment felt threatened by the group. After having a discussion with the manager Mr. Brown "I said, 'So, you're telling me I have to leave?' She said, 'I have a right to deny you service.' I said, 'So you are asking me to leave because you're upset because he was recording you, after we've waited for two hours, and after you've already pretty much discriminated on us?' And manager responded ,"Yes." Mr. Brown then contacted the corporate headquarters for Wild Wing Café and received an apology and free meals for everyone in the group. He refused the offer on the basis that it went deeper than the fact that they were denied service, that it reflected the feeling that some of the employee’s exhibit.
