The idea behind this strategy is to be the lowest cost provider of a good or service by finding and exploiting all sources of cost advantage, making difficult for competitors to compete with you. b) Differentiation: In Differentiation strategy, a company ‘s goal is to create uniquely desirable products and service, that are different and more attractive than their competitors.
