The top reason for my food choices was I try to get in the habit of selecting food items that serve as source of proteins like the salmon and bake or grill chicken because of the amount of time it is quick and easy to cook, it taste good and it very convenience to find in the grocery stores.

2.How can you change your behaviors to make sound nutritional decisions? I can change my behavior to make sound nutritional decisions by making a list of food items that I normally eat and incorporated new items that are healthy for me to maintain my health and diet.

Yes, some of my food choices was influence by my emotions not to eat any items that I have not research
