Human resource management what is it “The process of hiring and developing employees so that they become more valuable to the organization” (business directory) human resource management is a strategic discipline between power and people it’s working with people who have feelings and emotions and ability to think human resource management covers planning, staffing, development, maintaining effective labour and force relations.
“Human resource management is the new version of personnel management. There is no any watertight difference between human resource management and personnel management. However Human resource management is a modern approach of managing people and their strengths in the organization. Personnel management focuses on personnel administration, employee welfare however Human resource management focuses on development, motivation and maintenance of human resources in the organisations. Human Resource Management means “Managing people tactfully” (by dawa-1991) and Personal Management is “A part of management concerned with people at work and with their relationships within the organization”.

Human Resource Management includes conducting job analyses, planning personnel needs, recruiting the right people for the job, orienting and training, managing wages and salaries, providing benefits and incentives, evaluating performance, resolving disputes, and communicating with all employees at all levels.
