To get a good perception by the people Sainsbury can invest their money in reducing carbon footprint and increasing energy efficiency. By doing this corporate social responsibility Sainsbury would be also able get a better public image as a result they would be able to get more and more customer. A. A value system includes the value chains of a firm's supplier (and their suppliers all the way back), the firm itself, the firm distribution channels, and the firm's buyers (and presumably extended to the buyers of their products, and so on). Value System can extend beyond the boundaries of an enterprise. Value System, is a set of consistent ethic values (more specifically the personal and cultural values) and measures used for the purpose of ethical and ideological integrity. B. Building strong and loyal customer is hard, but it is one of the most important things for any business. Below are ways in which Sainsbury can build strong and loyal customers.
 Communication with the customers is very important aspect while doing business. Sainsbury can use email newsletter, a monthly flier, or a holiday greeting card, set up a system for reaching out to the customers that they already have. This will make the customers feel that Sainsbury do care for their customers

It would be difficult for Sainsbury to recover that huge sum of money that they have already invested. As they have abandoned the place they are not going to use that place anymore so they won’t be able get some profit or money which will help them recover what they have already invested. Secondly, in case study it states that they are marketing the constructed building with car park to interested retailers. In my opinion no retailers will be willing to buy that building as Sainsbury have already backed up the superstore telling that UK shopping patterns have already changed. Therefore other retailers will be also feeling that they will also not be able to make up profit by opening their store in that particular building which Sainsbury have left. So Sainsbury will not be able to get a retailer to buy that building and it would be a big loss for them.
In addition Middlesbrough council will not be able to trust Sainsbury. Sainsbury have lost the trust of Middlesbrough council by leaving the plan worth of £35m which was a redevelopment of the middles haven area. They have lost the hope that the middle haven will be redevelopment or
