Winter time is a perfect time to incorporate a morning detox drink into your morning routine. Detox drinks will help you stay healthy this winter. Starting your day off with a natural detox drink will jumpstart your digestive track and detox your major organs. It also aids in weight loss, improves digestion, supports the immune system, and helps improve skin and hair, to name a few benefits.

I’m a big fan of detox drinks, I have drank an apple cider detox drink each morning for years. It is also good for your body to start the day off by drinking a warm drink. My favorite detox drink is apple cider vinegar (Braggs) mixed in 8 oz of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon juice (half a lemon), ½ tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp raw honey and dash of cayenne
