After the first two years spent in building curricula, ICEVN has officially launched the online courses in 2007 and as of now has offered thirteen civic education, twenty-six business management, and three Macroeconomics courses with a total of 1478 students from both inside and outside Vietnam registered. The number of learners is a proof that the learners have a need to learn something that is more practical and not dogmatic, although online learning is a new format.
