Everyone must make a decision for what they want to do or accomplish in their life. As I stand now, I have no set plan for my future. I am not sure what I want do, but I do have a few ideas. My ideas are to possibly enroll in the Air Force Academy, enlist in the Navy so I can sign up for the Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate Program (NUPOC), or simply go to college somewhere.
The Air Force Academy is basically my best-case scenario. It has very high standards for entry, thus I most likely will not be attending it. If I am accepted, however, then it would give me incredible academic and military possibilities. Although the Academy has such high standards, I believe that I would be able to get through the difficult curriculum if I really pushed myself. Upon graduation one can immediately earn about ~$34,000 per year if they choose to stay with the Air Force. I, however, would pursue bigger and greater things with my recognition of graduating.

It calls for the person enrolled in the program to undergo schooling to become a Navy Nuclear Officer. After completing the four years of schooling to become a Navy Nuclear Officer, one may either stay with the Navy, leave the Navy and get a civilian job, or use the Post-9/11 GI Bill to get a free four years of any college in the US that you can actually get into. This plan is the one that I would do if everything else fails, because I believe it is a great start. If I dislike it, then after four years I can leave and go to any college I want for
More than 2,000 qualified young adults apply to participate in the annual Naval Academy Summer Seminar but only 850 of said applicants are selected to participate in each of the sessions. Knowing that the summer seminar deals with STEM and the Navy, I quickly applied myself so I can be one of those 850 selected young adults and participate in a science, technology, engineering, and math-loving atmosphere. I am interested in attending the Naval Academy Summer Stem program because I live and breathe science and engineering. I want to continue my path to higher education through the Naval Academy one day.
What do you want to be? A question we are asked from kindergarten on up. For some people, the answer lies with them there whole life until they are able to pursue that dream. Others aren't able to choose what they want to be or do until the day comes to make the decision comes. As for me I made my career chose my sophomore year of high school. Although I didn't choose just one possible candidate I have boiled it down to two careers. The first being a Chiropractor and the second being a Physical Therapist.
"What do you want to be when you grow up?" Throughout my life I have been asked this complicated question over and over. How can anyone decide what she wants to do for the rest of her life after high school? Previous to me entering high school, I was convinced I would be entering the criminal justice field. I had everything planned out, but things usually do not turned out as planned. It wasn't until I was entering my Senior year of high school did I realize I couldn't be more wrong with what I wanted to accomplish with the rest of my life. After learning more about myself and my interests did I change my plan to studying business throughout my upcoming college years.
Not only might this program ignite an interest in me pursuing an engineering field in the Army or Navy but would also give me a foundation to build off if I do decide to pursue a profession there. Once I graduate from college I plan to pursue a job that would allow me to gain experience while also giving me the opportunity to continue exploring my career path. After I gather some more experience from my job, I hope to open my own business, specializing in my chosen engineering discipline. The experience and knowledge that I can gain from this program will be valuable in every step of attaining my career
I have many ideas for my future. I want to graduate high school with at least a 4.0 gpa. After that I plan to go to college and become either a pediatrician or a crime scene investigator. I hope to get married and have kids. With every goal that comes I hope to accomplish them.
I also have many plans after High School and graduation. I plan to continue my education by going to college for likely another four years, instead of joining the workforce immediately. I want to go to college so I can expand my knowledge and also so I can get a better job. In college I plan to continue swimming probably on my college’s club team. I will also want to find a college youth group to participate in. Obviously, my college decision and activities in college will differ greatly depending on what profession I choose, but those things are very important to
What I want for my future to be like? In my future I want to graduate with a high school diploma. After high school I want to go to the U.S. Army for Eight years. After that I would like to go to college to become a Pediatrician.
My goal in attending a United States Service Academy and becoming an officer in the military is to provide myself ample opportunities to reach my established life goals. I plan to pursue a career in aerospace engineering, and developing that career through one of the academies will help me to achieve the dreams I had as a child. I have many strengths that will help me stand out in the application process, but at the same time, I have challenges to overcome. However, these obstacles will not hinder me from from pursuing my passion.
Life is full of decisions. You have the choice to decide what you want to do for a career. Some may have jobs they wish they could change or made the decision before to have done something differently. The career you choose should be something you love, along with aspects that fit your values the best. Interest, skills, financially that you know you can excel in. A plan for life is important, so it’s best to know or have an idea on what you want to proceed in.
Even at a young age, people begin to ask you what you want to be when you grow up. Children’s answers will range anywhere from ballerina, to firefighter, to President of the United States. However, as you get older, the question becomes more serious. As a high schooler, you feel as if you need to know exactly where you will end up thirty years into the future. Since senior year began, I have tried my best to understand my strengths and goals in life so that I can prepare for my future.
Sneaking up on me, the end of my senior year is starting appearing, the most frequent question I get asked is,” What are you going to do after high school?” That question for me isn't a hard one--in fact, it is rather easy. At the age of 10, I knew I wanted to become some type of teacher, or someone in the medical field, I didn't know what exactly. At the age of 15 I was in an accident that helped me realize what I wanted to become.
For the future I will be joining the Marine Corps where I will have some sort of purpose. I believe that the “most celebrated figures have always been those who stuck their necks out the farthest and” lived (Krakauer 233). Thats what I shall be doing in the Corps to keep me distracted and
The future, along with time, is an extremely scary thought. Due to the fact that it is unpredictable. However we can work hard enough to the point where our future is what we want it to be. But obviously everyone's future plans are different, right? Usually yes, but it just depends on how you look at the topic, and how you would ask the topic. For example a fairly common question people ask today would be “Where do you see yourself in twenty years?”, for me, my answer is usually about architecture, or some where in the military, serving in the Navy. I have been told that I should go into training for this highly trained group, call the Navy Seals. These are highly trained operatives that do the missions that are too hard for normal soldiers
What is your Grant Plan for your life? This question has been something that countless people have been asking me since I first began to have dreams and goals for myself. And as I matured from a child into the young man I am today my dreams, which ranged from astronaut to Iron Man to President of the United States, have also matured with me and helped mold all of my ideas into the Grand Plan for my life that I am now pursuing. Growing up I realized that the best way to change the world and improve your own life, and those of others, was through higher education. I worked hard during high school and was able to get into the university of my dreams by staying motivated and focused. I am now an african-american college student majoring in electrical
Everyone must make a choice, once they reach a certain age, that will determine everything in their life. My dream job is to become an electrical engineer one day because I find interest in circuits and building electronic devices. When I was a young boy my dream not to be an electric engineer but something more along the lines of being a cook; however, that dream was short lived because my interest of being able to cook changed over as I got older and became interested in electronics. The way electronics work is simply amusing to me because I could not understand how the devices were operating, and honestly I still may not understand how these devices actually work. My backup plan for my future career would have to be becoming a
