Outline of organisation and research area.
The NSW Department of Health was established in 1921. It is a large provider of health services for people in NSW. They support the government in health and hospital systems, focusing primarily on healthcare and early intervention. The department of health encourage a better healthcare system for people living in rural and remote areas and improve health education.

(dept of health) The NSW department of health is very keen on offering a quitline to assist smokers trying to give up through providing a guide for healthcare professionals on supporting smoking cessation.
Overview of relevant data sources and data
The internet is a global computer network that stores information and provided the public with access of a variety of information and ways to communicate. Essentially the internet unites people, communities and countries around the globe.
People who require information and furthermore, specific information for example “health” use special sites on the web, termed internet search engines that assist in retrieving stored information on other sites. (Franklin, 2000) Many search engines are available and some are designed for specific purposes; the two most popular all-purpose search engines are Google and Yahoo. Medical search engines are distinctively designed for
2)The internet is when we connect computers together from anywhere over the world through routers and servers. Three popular uses for the internet are communication, research and education.
The Internet is a worldwide, publicly accessible series of interconnected computer networks that transmit data by packet switching using the standard Internet Protocol (IP).
A: Internet: Internet means the network of networks that connected to all networks around the world. For an instance, if you send an email or a message using your mobile phone, then your mobile phone uses internet.
Internet – The internet is easily accessible and used worldwide. It is a global network and you can find a wide range of information on any topic via the internet. You can gain access on to the internet by using a variety of different appliances;
The smoking habit is the principal cause of illness, disability and death around the world. More than five million of people in the world die due to smoking habit every year. If we don’t take care of this in 2030 the amount will be ten million. Seven million of these deaths would be in poor countries.
The Internet- The global network formed by interconnecting most of the networks on the planet, with each home and company network connecting to an Internet service provider (ISP), which in turn connects to other ISPs.
Smoking is recognised as the largest single preventable cause of death and disease in Australia. It is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer, emphysema, bronchitis, asthma, renal disease and eye disease. Tobacco contains the powerfully addictive stimulant nicotine, which can make smoking a regular and long-term habit that is not easy to quit (Australian Bureau of Statistics, 2014). Statistics show
The Internet and sophisticated search engines and databases have significantly changed how nurses find this clinical information. Although Internet users have a breadth of information resources readily available, the quality of these resources is unmonitored. As a result, there is often a disconnect between the convenience of Google searching for any information and purposeful searching of more complex databases for reliable, credible information (p.1).
With many decades worth of health data now available, it has never been clearer that smoking is one of the most dangerous habits a person can engage in. It is no wonder, then, that so many smokers are committed to quitting and improving their health.
We know this statement and we see this in advertisements, in slogans, in posters and televisions everywhere and yet smoking still the leading cause of death in America. According to Centers for Communicable diseases, 2017, smoking is still the No. 1 cause of preventable death in the United States. It kills more people than infectious disease, abuse, firearms, obesity and traffic accidents. Some people do not believe that smoking is harmful to them. Some people do not notice the harm at first and by the time they notice the effects, they are addicted to it already. That is why the Word Health Organization calls it as “gradual killer”. Lastly, according to Sherry McKee, the director of Yale Behavioral Pharmacology Lab, “Most of the smokers think that they can just quit easily at any time and nearly all believe that they won’t be long-term smokers”. These are some of the knowledge gaps in tobacco use.
Reorientating health services works to be a ‘preventative approach’ moving beyond curative and clinical services. This action area focuses on the reorientation of health services by research and health professionals discussing holistic health approaches and behaviours. This is applied through the National tobacco strategy through GP interventions. GP’s are advised by the ‘Australian general practice guide to ask their patients about to discuss smoking. The guidelines includes them to ask about their smoking status, assessing their ability to change, advise, assist and arrange appointments to view their progress. This approach is allows health professionals to prevent and encourage their patients to stop smoking. 15-20% of smokers who
The Internet - The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly The internet is a computer based global information system. It is composed of many interconnected computer networks. Each network may link thousands of computers enabling them to share information. The internet has brought a transformation in many aspects of life.
The internet is the easier way for people to communicate with each other. It has made the world smaller by bringing people together everywhere and any time. The Internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the standard Internet protocol suite (TCP/IP) to serve billions of users worldwide. It is a network of networks that consists of millions of private, public, academic, business, and government networks, of local to global scope, that are linked by a broad array of electronic, wireless and optical networking technologies. The Internet carries a vast range of information resources and services, such as the inter-linked hypertext documents of the World Wide Web (WWW) and the infrastructure to support electronic mail.
Internet is a global network, connecting thousands of host servers worldwide. The United States Department of Defense established it in the beginning of the 1960¡¯s. Today, there are now 10 to 20 million people using an Internet comprised of more than 30,000 networks spread out over 78 nations all over the world.
