1) Describe what you did and how you did it. Week seven, I cannot believe that we only have one more week after this one and then finals. I am getting a little nervous because of the final exam, but happy at the same time; because passing this class is another step closer to reach my goals.
Anyways, this week we learned about indirect communication which includes Publisher and Subscriber, we also became familiar with more design patterns and information security, really important material when structuring software modules and all its interaction.
As usually as part of my strategy to study every week I tried to find some videos to watch but I could not find any they would have been very handy since I got a little confused while doing the discussion.

Well, let me just say that it took me every minute of the set time to do it.
Good discussion forum, everyone providing excellent tips and information which adds a lot more value to our learning, especially this week that I was not sure what answers were expected for the discussion.
Finally this week we had a self-quiz and some of the questions made me think more that usual, but it was good so that way I get more prepared for the final.
2) Describe your reactions to what you did.
This week I felt a combination between a little nervous and desperate. First the discussion was not easy and we are in the final push before finals, so I just want to make sure that I am well prepare and learning as much as I can to do well. I know that I can do it as long as I try hard.
3) Describe any feedback you received or any specific interactions you had.
Great feedback from peers and instructor. This interaction to me means a lot since that is how I measure myself how much knowledge I am gaining and what part is that one that I need to put more attention to.
4) Describe what you
Over the course, as I began to see all the material and work come together, I felt a sense of accomplishment and felt very proud of what I had done over the semester. This learning experience has definitely opened my eyes and opened new doors for me professionally already.
I can’t believe my first college semester is almost over. Key word is “almost” because the weeks following thanksgiving break will be critical for me. Even though it’s almost over, I must finish strong. I wouldn’t want all my hard work to go to waste. All the A’s that I earned so far must remain A’s for me in order for me to be happy with my academic performance. These next 3 weeks are going to be hectic, but also relaxing.
Week ten focused on test prep. I completed the exam preparation self-assessment form to see where I scored. I got a 23 which is the range labeled, “You seem to be on target with your exam preparation skills. Be sure to continue your positive habits and be aware of which techniques do/do not work for your individual needs.” One area I scored high on was the first row about consistently reviewing course material even after learning new material. I’m usually just trying to keep up with new information to study for the next exam. There isn’t much time to review old stuff. Perhaps returning to old content when I see something in the new content I have learned before and can’t remember, would make sense. The other point I scored high on was writing down main points in the margin for essay exams before writing. We don’t have essay exams and I’ve always just started writing without jotting points down beforehand. I don’t see how that would be bad. I think what’s hardest about test prep is planning all your study time to feel good going into the exam.
Most of my problems were on the self-quiz. After much research of the feedback, I have a clear understanding of my mistakes and how to perform the correct computations.
This week, good feelings, everything that I was doing was making sense so I am only hoping that pretty soon everything will get easier. Well, that will be I the perfect world so I better keep on studying and do my best each week.
This week assignment was really fun because it actually addressed some programming. During this week's reading I learned some new programming concepts I did not know and I acquired a better understanding on some others I get used to apply in the practice but I did not known in theory.
I really like getting into the nitty-gritty of solving problems. I was happy to see that several students actually provided solutions to the problems that were identified using Heap’s law. I wish I had the time this week to have looked into it myself. I’m hoping that we might be doing some of that next week though.
In summary, this course has really educated my view of being a teacher as well as being able to interact with today’s diverse and fluctuating educational setting. Therefore, the discussions were very good ways in understanding how
It is Friday, second day of class I am finishing reading chapters 10 -13, to continue with the provided videos, I am glad that we got videos they are great.
I accomplished all tasks expected from me, on time and to the best of my ability. Maintaining motivation throughout both weeks, although Ms. Mackenzie was absent from class for various lessons.

This week was full of topics that I had not studied before. I enjoyed learning about the Mexican American War. This is a topic I am very unfamiliar with. As a resident of Texas, I was surprised how much I did not know. I had always assumed that Mexico had a weak army so learning that they had a bigger and more powerful army was interesting. I was also unfamiliar with all the figures that played a role in the Mexican American war. I wonder if we could have a president who now who is able to keep his campaign promises now the way James K. Polk did. It was encouraging to me to see that the American soldiers acted appropriately and treated the Spanish priests that they encountered with respect and behaved well. It was fascinating to see Robert
Today, I learned a lot about myself. In math session two, I learned that over the summer I had forgotten a lot of math that I have learned in high school. I really appreciate that we get to have a session that
Stayed positive even I had a hard time. Very busy semester, but maintained good academic standards.
I'm feeling ready heading into the midpoint. I am keeping up with the reading, the assignments, and homework. I think with me keeping up with all that I am staying on track and focused. I have been doing pretty well in the chapter review (which is really helpful), and quizzes', and that also helps in me staying on track.
