On Sunday November 24, 2016 at approximately 16:02 hrs. Officer L Wilkerson and I Ofc. R. Holcomb were dispatched by dispatcher B Coleman to 304 Hopkins Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Ms. Shawntavia Lucky (complainant) who stated that her son Mr. Jousha Lucky (victim) got into a physical altercation with two black males. Ms. Lucky stated that her son advised her he and Mr. Chrishad Brown had an verbal altercation before going to school on the morning of November 24, 2016. Mr. Joshua Lucky advised me while he was getting off the bus he was approched by C Brown and B Wesby. On 07-14-2016 at approx. 2019 hrs a domestic disturbance call was dispatched. Dispatch was receiving information that the suspect was armed with a pistol and a rifle and had assaulted a victim at 518 N. K Street.
I notified dispatch that Officer Albert and I were out at the RSC. I parked our patrol car on the north side of the RSC and entered the north door. I heard Officer Smith on the radio say he was out with the subject near the Credit Union. I observed from across the RSC Officer J. Smith and Officer R. Faison standing next to a black male all the way by the Book Store. As I walked closer, I could see the black male with both of his hands up in the air and he was getting down on both of his knees. On August 11, 2017 Police Officer Lawrence Lezewski, DSN 11428 manning vehicle 2426 and I (Probationary Police Officer James Harris III, DSN 0513) manning vehicle 2425 received a radio call for an “Assault” at North Broadway and Salisbury Street on a Bi-State Bus. Upon our arrival, we were met by victim Eddie Dickens and witness Willie Penson (Bi-State Bus Driver), who stated the following:
On 05-11-16 at approximately 1800 hours, I was dispatched to a concerned citizen in the justice training center neighborhood. I arrived at 1810 hours and a white male adult with a mustache approached me, later identified as W01-Walker. He said his neighbor was being a nuisance because the couple living there are always arguing. W01-Walker said, “It is a necessity that you go talk to my neighbors” and “this neighborhood was livable before they moved in.” I radioed dispatch that there was a possible domestic violence dispute next door and told W01-Walker to stay inside. My partner arrived and we went next door.
On the afternoon of November 14, 2015 at approximately 5:07 P.M. Deputy Singleton responded to a domestic disturbance call at 4547 Old Salkahatchie Hwy in Early Branch SC. When I Deputy Singleton arrived on scene I interviewed Sheree Washington who stated that after Deputy Ayer had left the scene from the previous call that her boyfriend Christopher Williams who resides at the residence said "bitch I should kill" you then proceeded outside, and retreived a light with a piece of pipe attached to it, and then struck her in the chest. At this time Washington called dispatch, and asked for a Deputy to come back out to her residence. On Thursday, 05/18/2017, at about 9:27 p.m., partner Officer Griffin (#3135) and I were on uniformed patrol in a marked patrol vehicle (Unit #21) as 3A21. We were dispatched to an injury traffic collision at Lake Ave. and Maple St. Upon our arrival, we saw three vehicles that appeared to be involved in a traffic collision. While we were assisting with the scene, we saw Victim Captain Konrad struggling with the suspect, later identified as Kevin Hendrix. Officers Griffin, Riehl (#7454), Spatz (#8058) and I grabbed Suspect Hendrix and took him to the ground. I placed properly adjusted, double locked handcuffs on Hendrix. Officer Griffin and I placed Hendrix in our patrol vehicle.
On Wednesday, March 2th, 2016 at approximately 2024hours while driving a marked Midland Police vehicle and wearing a standard MPD issued uniform Officer Beltran and Officer Jimenez were dispatched to 509 S. Clay st in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival Officers made contact with a subject who was later identified as Jazmine Nicole Hyder(B/F/-DOB04/30/1994). Hyder, who was standing outside the residence located in the 503 block of South Clay told Officers that she was being chased by a subject with a gun, who was later identified as Khalid Mcmaryion(B/M-DOB03/20/1996). Hyder told Officers that Mcmaryion was inside his house located in 509 South Clay byhimself.
On 05/24/2018 at approximately 1830 hours, I, Deputy A. Martinez Vazquez (117015) responded to (Boys Town) 1415 Flanagan Ln., Oviedo, Seminole County, FL., in reference to a battery over with. I was notified that the battery was between two juveniles a 12 and 17 year old and both juveniles were separated at the time. When I arrived, I spoke with Javaro Rooks an employee of the institution at Boys Town who stated that Javarius Deloach (B/M DOB:12/06/2001) hit another juvenile, Gres Jr. Robinson (B/M DOB:03/07/2006), in the back of the neck by with an open palm. Javaro told me that the incident happened at the basketball court behind the residence.
On Thursday, March, 3th 2016 at approximately 2147 hrs while driving a Midland Police vehicle and wearing a standard issued MPD uniform Officer Beltran and Officer Jimenez were dispatched 917 Edward st in reference to a check welfare. MPD dispatch informed Officers that the complainant advised them that her daughter Katrina Mendoza(H/F-DOB02/04/2004) left a voicemail where she could hear the voice of Katrina’s dad threating to hurt Katrina.
“On 01/21/2016, police responded to 5 Colin Drive in the City of Portsmouth in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, the victim Willie Mitchell) stated he was sitting on the couch when he noticed suspect 1, Donavan Sneed, standing on the porch and invited him in. He recognized Sneed as the same male that was involved in an incident that occurred an hour prior. The victim stated that when he entered, three additional suspects followed that he did not see in front of the home initially. The suspects were looking for a resident of the home, Courtney Davis, and some of her friends that had assaulted Sneed approximately an hour earlier. The victim assured the suspects that he was alone and the people they were looking for had left. At that time, all four suspects surrounded the victim when suspect 2, Jerry Harding, stated to the victim “You going to do this to my homeboy.” Before the victim could respond that he was not involved with the earlier incident, Sneed started to assault him. The victim attempted to defend himself when the other suspects grabbed his arms and held him. Sneed then punched him in the nose and the victim fell to the ground. The other suspects also began to assault the victim while he was on the ground. While being assaulted on the ground, he felt one of the suspects attempt to remove his wallet from his back pocket. On 10/29/2016, I, Dillon Dickerson, badge #155, was working as a Patrol Officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 2340 hours I was dispatched to Fairmount towers in regards to a suspicious character. Dispatch advised there was a black female asking students for cigarettes and money. Dispatch advised she was wearing a blue sweatshirt, a hat and had camo shoes on. I arrived at the Fairmount towers commons parking lot at 2334 hours. Officer Abbey #132 also arrived at which point we saw a black female matching the description over near the air conditioning units.
On 01-01-2016(Friday) at approximately 2014 hours I Officer Hildebrand and Officer Andrew Emanuel was dispatched to a domestic violence call at 422 N Yellowstone apt. 7. While enroute I was informed by dispatch that a weapon is involved. I arrived on scene shortly after.
I responded to Elmwood Apartments in reference to a damage to property call. Upon arrival, I made contact with Lorenzo Perry. Perry advised that a black male and black female was arguing in a vehicle, while in the parking lot. Perry stated that the vehicle then started moving and made contact with an unoccupied vehicle. On December 2nd, 2015 at approximately 1540 hours I, Investigator James Poffel was contact by Officer Jason Steele in reference to a possible child sexual abuse report he was being dispatched to at the Children’s Clinic. Officer Steele contacted me to inform me that they had a victim at the Children’s Clinic with anal bruising and possible bleeding. I told him to make contact at the Children’s Clinic to receive as much information as he could about the incident, then to contact me back.
