I met with Dr. Slack Tuesday regarding the SRCL inventory that has to be kept post SRCL. Because materials were purchased with federal funds inventory must be kept up to 5 years. She did tell me that possibly a check would happen within the first 3 years after the end of the grant. At this point I think we have a couple of options and I will defer to your suggestions:
Option 1: Turn over the inventory to the school and let them identify a way and personnel who will take care of the inventory (I can help them set this up).
Option 2: Elementary schools could blend these inventories with Title 1, however, SRCL materials will have to have the SRCL identification.
As a former principal you may have a suggestion that I didn’t think about, please let me know. Because staffing changes annually I am compelled to turn the inventories over to the schools and work with each one to determine an in house plan to track the inventories.

We talked about a few options for checking out (I checked with Colleen), but that involves a lot of challenges and would require a contract similar to what the Satellite Center uses. Students are choosing to use the CBs over other devices at this time. One thought would be to send the carts to the two SRCL elementary schools for student use. I did talk to Dr. Slack about that option and she did think it could be done with a transition plan. Unlike, other federal grants SRCL identified the grade distributions and the money has to stay in the distribution. I asked Sharon Landry to talk with Mr. Blood to see what his thoughts were regarding the Kindles and if he was in favor of transitioning them to the elementary schools I would check with you and make a plan upon your
Global warming is not myth, but is a real thing. Scientists have proven that over and over global warming is real. According to scientific reports 11 out of 12 years have ranked among the warmest on record. This increase temperature has many effects on the environment. Global warming creates nature?s imbalance and it has big impact on weather. Global warming is big part of the reason for sudden heat waves, storms and floods. There are many causes for global warming, but two main causes are burning fossil fuel and deforestation. Both of these causes increase greenhouse gases in the environment which creates greenhouse effects, the scientific reason for global warming.
Regional School Unit (RSU) #64 is comprised of an elementary, middle and high school within a small rural community in the town of Corinth, ME. This community is largely supported by agriculture and local business. However, it is about 20 miles from Bangor, ME, the closest city with numerous resources. Unfortunately, this distance restricts Corinth residents with a lack of transportation from having access to these resources. Inadequate knowledge and awareness of health care promotion and prevention methods also have adverse results on community health. Whether the resource be obtaining a pair of glasses or medication from a pharmacy, even the seemingly effortless tasks can present challenges and go to show that members of this community suffer disparity due to their rural location.
This is an assessment about Hickory County, Missouri population. The goal is to assess the effects of disabilities or homeless influences and the health literacy of a population. I choose this County because I have a lot of relative lives in this area, and I have been over this county to visit them so many times. This is a very interesting county for me to do a research on. For an accurate research data, there are several methods have been utilized to obtain assessment data, including media resources, call the county public health department, and run a search of articles from a local newspaper and records.

The article, Keep Privacy in Health Records, was written by the Monitor's Editorial Board on February 2, 2009. It condemns some of the provisions of a House Bill that was passed by the ACLU and other privacy groups. According to this bill, data encryption would ensure that authorized persons are barred from accessing patient’s health records in the institution. Audit trails are also crucial in determining and tracking who accessed the records, at what time and what type of information did he/she get. Lastly, the patients should be allowed to see their records to improve their notification and strengthen enforcement in health institutions. However, despite these initiatives to improve accountability and confidentiality of patient’s records in most institutions, the board believes that the bill has not solved some of the privacy issues as far as patient health records are concerned.
I will discuss with the parents that assessing the biological age and training age will reduce the risk of injury because the maturity assessment helps to determine the fitness level of their children. Also, a complete health assessment will determine their weakness and strengths, as well as contraindications to exercise. The resistance training program will be based on the children’s maturity level, training age, physical abilities and specific goals. I will gradually increase the volume, intensity and rate of progression to reduce the risk of injury and overtraining. I will incorporate low- impact exercises, as their bones, ligaments, and tendons are not fully developed. Before each training session, they will start with a warm-up and end

The advantages of the use of secondary data in needs assessment, design and implementation of intervention measures, and policy changes are numerous. Secondary data are less expensive, this implies that time, money and other resources are saved (Healey & Zimmerman, 2010). My focus for this discussion is Case Study 2, which addressed the health needs assessment of the Waupaca County. Waupaca County, Wisconsin is a rural community of over 50,000 residents (Gilmore, 2012). Given that, it is a popular tourist location, and the survey given had a clause of “do not complete if you are not a city resident”, there exists a chance that all data obtained by primary sources might not be without errors, as tourists might erroneously fill out the survey. Consequently, the secondary method I will apply to collection of data is the use of the American Fact Finder from the United States Census Bureau (n.d.).
The wealth management or financial planning professions provide financial planning services and investment advice to clients for high net profit. The essential goal of any financial profession is to sustain and increase the long-term wealth of their clients. Since they manage huge amount of money for other people, they must also be ethical, trustworthy and free of any criminal record involving robbery, fraud or intentional mismanagement. Thus, they should understand complex financial documents, financial regulations and legal restrictions, not only good command of investments and financial planning.
The coustomers that my group and I are working with are Staff, the elderly, and their families at a nearby nursing home, Alpine. Our job as a group is to try and figure out a way that people can keep track of the products, and supplies that go in and out of there everyday for example: a box of tissues, we need to figure out when the tissues are coming into the nursing home and when they leave for disposal. Keeping track of little things like this is a big part of our job because it gives management a little insight on how much they need to buy for their next shipment.
The master list should show the date of purchase, adding what the item cost is an option as well. Then notate the expected shelf life of foods, medicines and certain medical supplies, so a quick look would tell you that an item needs to be rotated into daily use before it is wasted. With this information you could then budget and plan when to replace what was taken away.
School lists can get confusing if each teacher wants a similar quantity of the same things. For example, an elementary school may list a box of tissues for the classroom and specials, such as art, music and library may request a box of tissues. It’s not economical to send a third grader to school with three or four boxes of tissues. Instead, a 6 or 12 pack of travel size tissues will cost a fraction of the cost of full tissue boxes, plus reduce waste and cut down on germy surfaces, that’s a win for everyone!
Once the physical inventory has been conducted and the inventory listings reviewed for accuracy, the IM will provide a copy of the inventory counts to OMA. OMA follow you N-ERP SOP. The IM is responsible of posting to the Legacy System to reconcile the inventory counts and material records. If the physical inventory count and the material record are in agreement, the inventory flag is cleared and the date item inventoried (date posted) is recorded to the material record. If the physical inventory count and the material record do not match, The IM should initiate second count inventory listings to aid in inventory reconciliation.
Radioactive inventory is a staple procedures within the facility this procedure is performed on a daily bases when the project is active. Currently this procedure is on revision 13 and the original training was performed via a classroom setting with the facility manager as the instructor, a recent revision was completed to address administrative type changes. A read and sign was provided to all AGHCF personnel.
Inventory Balances: Access to inventory, replenishment and counting tasks are arranged in a central inventory work area to simplify management of materials within and across facilities. From the centralized view of balances, users can easily see and manage different material statuses, lots and serial numbers enabling proper stocking and handling of different types of materials. Additionally, users can initiate issue, receipt, count and transfer of material within a facility and across facilities.
