First, consideration of human resources requires that management think about the organization's communication needs. That they articulate the strategies so that those charged with developing the corresponding action steps (tactics) fully understand the strategy they're to implement.Second, managers successful at implementation are aware of the effects each new strategy will have on their human resource needs. They ask themselves the questions... "How much change does this strategy call for?" And, "How quickly must we provide for that change?" And, "What are the human resource implications of our answers to those two questions?" In answering these questions, they'll decide whether to allow time for employees to grow through experience, to introduce training, or to hire new employees. The Annual Business PlanOrganizations successful at implementation are aware of their need to fund their intended strategies. And they begin to think about that necessary financial commitment early in the planning process. First, they "ballpark" the financial requirements when they first develop their strategy. Later when developing their action plans, they "firm up" that commitment. As a client of ours explains, they "dollarize" their strategy. That way, they link their strategic plan to their annual business plan (and their budget). And they eliminate the "surprises" they might otherwise receive at budgeting time.Monitoring &
The difficulties I had in obtaining my best results when comparing it to the solution we calculated in class had to do with my strategy. My beginning strategy was really no strategy, I just played around with the idling and purchasing. That strategy allowed me to achieve throughput, but did not allow for me to meet the fixed cost. After continually watching the habits of idling and parts that assisted me in finding a better strategy. I noticed that the left A1 machine can only contribute parts to C7. That means I should only buy parts for it when C7 is running. I start by purchasing 50 units in G1. Then double digit numbers in E1 and C1. E1 should always have units running through it because it contributes to both the 100 and 50 products demanded. I always
“Organizational Management and Leadership” defines planning as “the development of goals, which leads to the development of an overall strategy for achieving those goals. Planning can be performed at all levels of an organization. Supervisors are planning when a weekly work schedule is put together for hourly staff. Top executives are planning when they define the mission statement of the company and determine how the organization can maintain its competitive advantage.”
There are 10 basic tasks for “The action agenda for executing a strategy”. These 10 tasks are: Build the organizational capabilities required for successful strategy execution, establish a strategy supportive of organizational structure, and allocate sufficient resources to the strategy execution effort, Institute policies and procedures that facilitate strategy execution, adopt best practices and business processes that drive continuous improvement, install information and operating systems that support strategy execution activities, tie rewards and incentives directly to the achievement of strategic and financial targets, instill a corporate culture that promotes good strategy execution, exercise strong leadership to propel strategy execution forward, and staff the organization with the right people for executing this strategy. If managers execute these 10 tasks well, the company has a higher success rate.
Processual approach: Strategy is produced in an incremental fashion, as a 'pattern in a stream of decisions'. Fuzzy approach: Companies sometimes adopt an incremental approach to change. What's different between these two approach?

It is the execution of strategies and policies through programs, budgets and procedures to reach its goals. In this process plans are assigned, costs are allocated to tasks for better measurement of return on investment. It gives employees a clear step by step on how to perform their day-to-day tasks that will improve overall efficiency and sets the tone for quality work in all levels of management.

Strategic planning involves making decisions about the organization’s long-term goals and strategies and how the organization decides to implement their goals (Bateman, Snell, Konopaske, pg. 113). Strategies help organizations to have a clear perspective on how to go about accomplishing the goals they have in place. All organizations have a clear vision of what their mission and purpose as a company is, they know how to fulfill the mission, vision, and purpose and they know how to ensure that they accomplish all their goals. However, the route the organization takes to define these things determines how effective they will be.
