INTRODUCTION:
This case involves a male and female Hispanic, entering TJ Maxx during business hours, and concealing various items in their bags. The suspects attempted to leave the store without paying for the items. Loss Prevention Agent Sergio Castro made contact with the suspects at the front entrance and retrieved all of the loss except for a black Michael Kors purse, valued at $159.99.

Castro said the male suspect was wearing a grey shirt, black shorts, and pushing a shopping cart. Castro said the female suspect was wearing a white top, dark shorts, and carrying a large TJ Maxx reusable shopping bag. Castro saw the suspects go to different sections of the store concealing items in their shopping bag. The suspects attempted to leave the store with the unpaid for items. Castro contacted the suspects at the front entrance of the store. Castro told the suspects to give the items back and the male suspect handed Castro the items and the female suspect dropped additional loss on the ground. Both suspects left on foot south on Lake Ave.
Castro told me he was able to recover all of the lost except for a black Michael Kors purse, valued at $159.99. Castro said the total value of the recovered lost is $354.96. Castro gave me E-1 a DVD of the shoplifting captured on video surveillance. I booked the DVD into property as evidence. Castro said TJ Maxx desires prosecution if the suspects are located. Estrela provided me with a voluntary statement form, and DVD video surveillance of the theft. The DVD was later entered into evidence at the Port Richey Police Department.
On December 20th at approximately 5:30 p.m. A Hispanic male and a Caucasian male walked out of the Galloway ShopRite with carts full of unpaid merchandise. The Hispanic male took approximately $323.20 and the Caucasian male took about $409.18 of unpaid goods. Store managers went after them, and were able to recover $72.90 in merchandise. The remaining of the stolen merchandise could not be recovered. Management immediately contacted store Security personal, Victoria Winder, who call the police and took pictures of the license plate of the Toyota 4Runner the individuals took off in. The suspects were later identified as William Terpak Jr. and Jocsan Moradel-Flores using ShopRite’s video surveillance.
Smiley, a buyer from Carrefour Fashions, entered the store of a rival firm, Boulevard Boutique. The reason for his visit was to find out about the latest lines that Boulevard was carrying. Once Smiley entered the store he was recognized by Maldini, the store manager of Boulevard, who immediately called the store detective and told him to keep an eye on Smiley. Maldini then called the police, notifying them that he had a shoplifter in the store. Smiley never tried to leave, believing that Rocco, the store detective, would not permit him to do so. Once the police took Smiley to the station he explained the situation and was released.
Upon our arrival we were met by Jerry Thompson, he stated to us that someone had stolen some hand tools and atv wheel and tires from his shop behind his residence. After speaking with Mr. Thompson Sgt. South and I went out to the outside of the shop under a covered parking area and found a yellow in color Can-Am atv on a motorcycle jack without the wheel and tires. After this Mr. Thompson showed us inside of the shop where a tall rolling tool box was and informed us that various hand tools such as socket sets, ratchets and electric impact drivers were taken from. Mr. Thompson also informed us that in the office area inside the shop was a change jar with approximately $20.00 in change was missing and a 30 pack of bud light was missing out of the refrigerator in the office area.
On Monday August 08, 2016 I, Detective K. Holland #636 began reviewing this case file. The three listed suspects, Ramon Alvarado, Jose Blancas, and Hector Gatica were believed to be involved with burglarizing vehicles prior to their arrest. Since their arrest, victims had come forwards to report their vehicle was burglarized. Property belonging to Malinda Sims, (a Samsung cell phone), was returned to her by Officer Acosta. Sims also reported that $80-$100 was stolen from her vehicle. Officer Weaver advised that there was still electronic equipment inside the Dodge Avenger that was located at Brownwood Towing. A search warrant was sought for the Avenger, and it was signed by Judge Sam Moss. The search of the vehicle was occurred on 08/08/16
On 03/25/17 at approximately 1148 hrs, I heard OFC Christensen advise that he was enroute to Fuego for a possible robbery that had just occurred. OFC Christensen’s primary assignment is a Auburn Police Department Mall Officer, for the Outlet Collection Mall. The Mall is located is at 1101 Outlet Collection Way, which is located in the City of Auburn, County of King, and State of Washington. A few minutes later, OFC Christensen advised that the suspects were two young Hispanic Females and possibly a male. He also advised that the suspects were still inside the mall and that Mall Security and he were trying to locate them. Several Officers began responding the mall to assist OFC Christensen.
Estrela advised me that Walmart did not want to press charges against the defendant the second time he exited the store and concealed several items in his clothing. Estrela stated "We detained him before he actually exited all poins of sale the second time." Estrela advised me that Walmart did want to pursue criminal charges for the fraudulent return.
Garcia advised Officer Jimenez that at approximately 1930 hrs he observed two Caucasian females and one male besides Rosas house. Garcia told Officer Jimenez that he did not remember ever seeing them before. Garcia told Officer Jimenez that they were on foot and they were sitting besides the house while one of them was in the cell phone. Garcia advised Officer Jimenez that the male had curly hair and was wearing a multicolor shirt. Garcia also told Officer Jimenez that one of the females had brown hair and was wearing a pink shirt while the other one was wearing a blue shirt and had bro
Uliano provided still photos of the theft and defendant exiting the store, a receipt, and a statement form that were later attached to this report. The total amount of the stolen/ recovered merchandise was $54.36.
Upon arrival I spoke to Paras Narang (victim) who stated in effect that between June 15, 2015 2100 hrs to June 16, 2015 0730 hrs an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into his vehicle (brown 2015, Accura, NJ reg# PDN710), which was parked in the parking lot, and removed is brown leather wallet and a gold chain from his console.
Facts: On 06/02/17, APM Orlando revived CCTV footage to confirm this allegation. CCTV footage revealed that SFL Diaz along with CSA Hansen interacting with what appears to be suspected shoplifters in the middle of an aisle. further CCTV review indicated that SFL Diaz along with CSA Hansen searched the suspected shoplifter's bags in a middle of an aisle.
On 11-25-16 at 1235 hours, Officer Calderon #2037 and I were dispatched to 1604 N Arroyo Boulevard regarding an attempt petty theft investigation. Upon our arrival, we met with Witness Michael Robert Trujillo, who is the resident at the above location. Trujillo told me the following information in summary:

At 3:51 a.m. on May 26th, Amazon Associate Ramon Cruz Paulino approached Security Shift Supervisor about his hoodie missing. Paulino said his hoodie is a dark blue Hollister Co. hoodie, in b-building in the last cubby (he puts the hoodie in the same spot every day) and that the last time he had seen the hoodie was start of shift on Friday the 20th. Immediately Security Shift Supervisor pulled Ramon’s lenels for the 20th, he entered the building at 6:41 p.m. wearing the navy hoodie. At 6:43 p.m. Ramon places the hoodie in the cubby. Once the hoodie was placed Security Shift Supervisor then started checking every other hour if the hoodie was moved during Ramon’s shift.
