2.1 What is communication audit and?
“A communication audit is a systematic research method, which will identify the strengths and weaknesses of your current internal and external communications.”
An effective communication audit will help organization find out how they deal with their communication with their stakeholders in the past and identify the current internal and external issues within and without the organization.
2.2 What is communication audit trying to achieve?
First identify the issues in the real world scenario. By researching and evaluating the organization, give a report of the present situation that the organization is facing to with SWOT methods. Also identify who is the stakeholder and what’s their perception about the what Qantas has done so far. By the end, this audit will also provide a recommendation and steps to fix the issues thus creating another flying start for the organization.
