Introduction:
Muscle is very soft tissue ad is found in most animals. The protein filaments found in muscles are actin and myosin filaments. These filaments slide over each other to produce muscular contraction. Three types of muscles in body are, smooth, skeletal, and cardiac muscle.
Explanation of Solution
Skeletal muscle − It is a striated muscle and is under voluntary control. It is controlled by somatic nervous system. These muscles are attached to bones and help them move. In skeletal muscle, muscle fibers are organized into fascicles in the form of bundles. Fascicles are surrounded by perimysium. The protein filaments found in the muscle fiber are actin and myosin filaments.
