To define:
The definition of Homeostasis.
Introduction:
The process and the function of the body and its process require optimal conditions. The body performs distinct processes to maintain the balance of the processes.
Explanation of Solution
Homeostasis is a process that is self-regulating inside the body of every organism. Being endotherms, it is very difficult for humans to maintain their body conditions and temperature opposite to the environment immediately. This is only happening due to the process of homeostasis.
As a result of homeostasis, an organism develops its ability to maintain stable conditions by adjusting them and makes better for their survival.
To maintain the overall condition of the body in stable conditions, a tiny change gradually and continuously takes place inside the body or an organism every second.
Thus, the process of homeostasis is required to maintain the internal condition of an organism in a balanced state.
